10 128 ABSTRACTS M arx s Sublima tion of the On tology of M a tter Yu W ujin Under the influence of traditionalw estern philosophy, orthodox interp reters distortmarx s philosophy as the ontology of substance for a long time, in order to cover the essence of Marx s philosophy, and to cancel the fundamental difference between Marx s philosophy and the traditional philosophy. This paper points out thatmarx s philosophy isn t the ontology of substance; On the contrary, through the sublimation of the ontol2 ogy of substance, M arx puts forward his own ontology, i. e., the ontology of p raxis2relations of social p roduc2 tion by which Marx combines the field of phenomenon with of essence to exp ress the whole content and essence of his philosophy. A Com para tive Study am ong M arx, L en in and Rosa L uxem burg Theory of Determ inism and Non2determ inism in Marx s Theory of World H istory He Ping Marxist theory of world history from Marx to Rosa Luxemburg and Lenin, around the discussion of the na2 tional relations between the Eastern and the W estern, undergoes the development from non2determ inism to de2 term inism, and again to the non2determ inism. M arx, by exp lanation of historical necessity and contingency, establishes the non2determ inist theory of world history. Rosa Luxemburg and Lenin, on the basis of their own understanding of imperialism, respectively makes advancements of Marx s idea of the determ inism and non2 determ inism of world history, thus form ing the two opposed concep ts between determ inism and non2determ in2 ism of world history. This course vividly p resents M arxist dialectic of the world history. This paper tries to points out the two defects of the concep t of totality of modernization by p resenting the dialectical developm ent: firstly, the concep tion of totality, in the nam e of the universality of world economy, politics and culture, con2 ceals the essence of modernization; secondly, the concep tion of totality, by stressing the inner consistence and inseparability of W est economy, politics and culture, denies the position and role of develop ing countries in the modern world system. Comments on A lain L ip ietz s V iewpoints of M arxist Political Ecology Tang Zhengdong On the basis of the analysis of materialism, dialectics, historism and political p rogressivism, A lain L ip ietz figures out the fam ily resem blance between political ecology and M arxism, but he actually only stands on the emp irical level when he tries to catch the right meaning ofm arxism so that he can neither understand correctly the real contents of the concep ts of history, material and dialectic in historical materialism, nor catch the hu2 manistic significance of historical materialism. A lain L ip ietz also figures out the basic difference between politi2 cal ecology and M arxism from the perspective of p roductivism, p rimacy of p roducers, p rogressivism and the determ ining moment of historical change, which, in my op inion, is also based on the m isunderstanding of M arxist viewpoints about the contradiction between p roductive force and p roductive relations.
