1 Product descrpton Bevel gear hgh speed screw jack KSH1 to KSH3 The INKOMAbevel gear hgh speed screw jack type KSH s a modular desgn n 3 szes. Each sze s avalable wth two ratos; :1 and 3:1. All gear housngs are cubc n form and are machned on all faces. They are manufactured from GG 5 grey cast ron. INKOMAbevel gear hgh speed screw jacks are dstngushed from INKOMAprecson screw jacks HSG seres by the use of spral bevel gear sets. These bevel gears are of Klngelnberg form and are lapped together n pars. Hgh qualty alloy steel s used n ther manufacture and they are case hardened. Robust rollng bearngs support the nput shaft and the lftng spndle axs gvng a long and trouble free lfe. INKOMAbevel gear hgh speed screw jacks provde a lftng speed of up to m/mn wth ball screw and 13.5 m/mn wth trapezodal spndle. Due to the hgh effcency of the ntegral bevel gears a hgh overall effcency s provded.(ca. 75 % for ball screw and ca. 40 % wth trapezodal spndle). For all stuatons INKOMA provdes a comprehensve range of accessores. All drve components are compatble wth one another and wth a wde range of applcatons. INKOMA products are our own manufacture and ncorporate our very hgh qualty standards. If you have further questons please consult our local sales offce or our factory engneers. We are always ready to assst wth or advse about our products and ther applcatons. Please make use of our wde experence. 143
2 Accessores for rotatng spndle verson R Page references The comprehensve range of accessores for KSH bevel gear hgh speed screw jack allows the desgner the flexblty to talor the use of the screw jack precsely to the applcaton. All accessores are manufactured to the same exactng standards as the rest of the INKOMA product range. In addton to ths comprehensve selecton, customers specal requrements can be accommodated. In the translatng spndle verson the spndle moves axally through the screw jack gearbox. It s necessary to ensure that the spndle s fxed aganst rotaton. Overtravel of the spndle s lmted by a travel lmter (SA). Use of the rotaton preventon devce prevents potental spndle rotaton (SVA).
