3 -----._ _. INTRODUCTION 1 The following report will deal with outline a work program carried out on the Alexo Project. The claim group consists of3 contiguous, unpatented, block mining claims (10 units) located in Dundonald Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario. This work took the form of refurbishing all claim lines and was carried out on a contract basis by Vision Exploration on behalf of Liberty Mines Inc. A total of 20, 400 meter claim lines were re-established on Jan 27th and 28 th, The purpose of this was to provide accurate boundaries for the next phase of work which will involve reestablishing a number of old grid lines.

5 LOCATION AND ACCESS 2 The Alexo Claim group consists of3 block claims (10 units) located approximately 44 north east of the city of Timmins, in Dundonald Twp. The c1aim group lies within the eastern portion of Dundonald Township along the border between Dundonald and Clergue Townships. A legal description of the claim group can be found under the claims portion of this report. This work program covers the boundaries of all 3 claims that make up the property. (Figure #3). Access to the work area was gained by taking Hwy 101 east from the city of Timmins for approximately 35 km to the junction ofhwy 67 north to Iroquois Falls. At approximately the 16-km point on Hwy 67, the grid crosses the Hwy (Figure #3). A gravel road that provides access to the old Alexo Mine runs through the claim group. Project Manager Technician Steve Anderson Pete Robert Timmins Timmins PREVIOUS WORK The first phase of exploration to be conducted by Liberty Minerai Exploration on the Dundonald Township Property took the form of a total field magnetometer survey over claim # This work was done in January of2003 and was successful in outliningtheu1tramaficunit, which is of interest. As mention in the introduction of this report, the second phase involved a HLEM survey that met with little success due to noise problems. This ground was then re-surveyed using a shorter coil separation which cut known on the cultural noise in the area significantly. In 2005 a stripping and sampling program was carried out in the extreme south west comer of the claim covered by this work program, which revealed the presence of a large gossan zone. Although this program returned low nickel values it did expose a favourable geological environment that is on strike with the past producing Elexo Mine.

7 GENERAL GEOLOGY 3 The Clergue Twp. Property is underlain by the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Generally this belt consists of a variety of mafic to felsic volcanics with related sediments as well as felsic to ultramafic intrusives. Locally, the property as shown by OGS Map # 3379 (Figure #4) to be situated along the contact between the peridotites and mafic metavolcanics. This is similar to the geological environment of the past producing A1exo Mine which is situated approximately 200m south east of the subject property. It is because ofits close proximity and similar geological environment to that of the Alexo mine that the property was acquired. The lines were re-blazed using an axe and all claim posts were flagged. (Figure #4)
