SURVEY DETAILS 1.1 PROJECT NAME This project is known as the. 1.2 CLIENT Karin Balzer Bergstr Bochum Germany 1.3 LOCATION The is located in Pacaud Township approximately 25 km southeast of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The survey area covers a portion of the claim numbered L located in the southern region, or SW1/4 or the N1/2 of Lot 5 Con 1 within Pacaud Township, within the Larder Lake Mining Division. Figure 1: Location of 1.4 ACCESS Access to the property was attained with a 4x4 truck via the highway 11 approximately 1.5km south of its junction with highway 112. One then travels eastbound for 5.5km along this logging access road then southbound for an additional 2km by ATV. October

4 1.5 GENERAL GEOLOGY The Property lies near the eastern edge of the Round Lake Batholith, an Archean age (2.685 Ga) intrusive into the southern portion of the Abitibi Greenstone belt. This area of the batholith is within the Indian Chute Stock, a granodiorite-tonalite with quartz monzanite affinities consisting of a homogenous red to mottled white rock with a weak east-west trending foliation, accentuated by oriented xenoliths which average 5% of the rock. Recently discovered within the Round Lake Batholith is a diamond bearing kimberlite and a brecciated zone with elevated gold asssays. 1.6 PREVIOUS WORK Very little historical work has been reported on this property. The only recorded work on these claims are: 2 previous magnetic surveys performed on behalf of the current land holder. These magnetic surveys were designed to follow up on an airborne keating anomaly noted on the eastern claim line. October

5 2. SURVEY WORK UNDERTAKEN 2.1 SURVEY LOG 2.2 PERSONNEL Jason Ploeger of Larder Lake, Ontario collected all of the Prospecting and GPS waypoint data. 2.3 PURPOSE The main purpose of the prospecting was to investigate magnetic and VLF EM anomalies located by the mag/vlf survey. October

6 3. PROSPECTING DIARY AND NOTES 3.1 DAY-1 28 SEPTEMBER, 2010 Located the property and started traverses. The entire traversed area appears to be covered in a mixed bush consisting mainly of poplar, birch and spruce. The soil appears to be a boulder laden sand. No outcrops were noted in the traverses. An attempt was made to identify the possible sources of the magnetic readings previously collected. All the areas of magnetic highs and lows were covered with overburden and remain unexplained. SLT-DIP There appears to be a slight topographic depression at this location. The fauna appears to change to more of a spruce composition here. This appears to be related to drainage At this location, post number 4 of claim was located. The claim line heading east was difficult to follow. OLD-BZ At this location, an old blaze line was noted. This blaze appears to predate the ones marking this claim. TR-SAND At this point, there is a depression in the sand. This depression is approximately 10m in length and 3m in width with steep edges. This depression does not appear to be natural, however it is entirely in sand At this location, the number 1 post for and number 4 post for were found. OC..GRNT This location is at the top of a rise and has areas where it appears to have granite outcrop exposures. Further examination indicates these are most likely boulders instead of outcrop. 3.2 DAY-2 29 SEPTEMBER, 2010 The entire traversed area appears to be covered in a mixed bush consisting mainly of poplar, birch and spruce. The soil appears to be a boulder laden sand that appears to change to clay in the southern extent of the property. Along the southern extent the topography drops drastically to the Blanche River. No outcrops were noted in the traverses on the property N At this location, a line post labeled 400m north of #2 for claim was located S4 At this location, a line post labeled 400m north of #4 for claim was located. CULVERT An old culvert can be seen here. This position was noted to see if it affected the previous magnetic surveys. October

7 VALLEY This represents a deep depression. No water was seen flowing, however, this appears to be a washout from seasonal flow. The sides of this gully appear to be clay At this location, post number 2 of claim was located. OC-RAPIDS-GRNT At this point, I deviated from the property. I could hear water flowing in the distance and I decided to locate this point to see if I could establish anything that could assist me in the prospecting. This point, represents a small set of rapids. The water is flowing over a pink granite outcrop. This assisted me in establishing what may underlie the claims and at the approximate depth that the overburden may be with this point being at an elevation of 689 ft and the top of the hill being at an elevation of 845ft. DV-FLAG At this location, a fresh piece of flagging was noted. This flagging does not appear to be associated with the claim boundary. October

I am a geophysicist (non-professional) with residence in Larder Lake, Ontario and am presently employed as geophysical manager of Larder Geophysics Ltd. of Larder Lake, Ontario. 2. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geophysics from the University of Western Ontario, in London Ontario, in I have practiced my profession continuously since graduation in Africa, Bulgaria, Canada, Mexico and Mongolia. 4. I am a member of the Ontario Prospectors Association, a director of the Northern Prospectors Association and a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists. 5.
