- (2): opomba 2: rez mikobakterij in znotrajceličnih bakterij: klamidij mikoplazem, in legionel. - (5): opomba 5: Vključene so preiskave: ELISA, IIF, RVK in druge. 372

5 -»Kužnine iz kože, ran, abscesov in podobno«: kužnine, odvzete iz površine kože, razen nadzornih kužnin, vzorci površinskih in globokih ran ter razjed (razjeda pri diabetičnem stopalu, preležanina) pustul, petehij, aken, izpuščajev in drugih kožnih sprememb, bris izstopišča katetra, kužnine iz poškodbenih ran, operacijskih ran, ugriznin, abscesov, hematomov, fistul in podobno. -»Kužnine iz sečil in spolovil (razen urinov)«: kužnine iz zunanjega spolovila, iz nožnice, maternice, bris uretre in podobno. -»Katetri«: dializni, intravenski, razen urinskega. - Ostali povzročitelji virusnih hepatitisov: HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV, HGV. - NM: V letu 2001 nadzornih kužnin na MA niso posebej evidentirali. - NM: V letu 2001 in 2002 seroloških preiskav na povzročitelja Toksoplasma Gondii - ELISA IgG avidnost niso posebej evidentirali. Remarks and explanations of the tables: - (1): one analysis includes: direct microscopic examination from specimen and/or examination for the presence of aerobic bacteria and/or examination for the presence of anaerobic bacteria from the same specimen, - (2): without mycobacteria and intracellular bacteria: chlamydia, mycoplasmas and legionellae, - (3): only analyses targeted on the presence of fungi are included, - (4): serological analyses: included are samples submitted for a specific examination, irrespective of the number of antibodies determined (examination for IgA, IgG, IgM antibodies, performed with the same method, counts as one analysis), - (5): ELISA, IIF, Complement fixation test and other tests are included. For example: if one specimen is examined with ELISA and IIF, this counts for two analyses; - lood cultures: one analysis counts for one pair of bottles (aerobic and anaerobic) and similar; one analysis is counted if only one bottle was sent; -»Lower respiratory tract specimens«: sputum, tracheal aspirate, AL, minial, bronchial bioptic specimens and similar specimens are included, -»gastrointestinal tract specimens for bacteria (stool, rectal swab, bile, etc.)«: if the specimen is sent to pathogenic bacteria, one analysis for each examination: (1) salmonella and shigella, (2) campylobacter, (3) yersinia and (4) intestinal escherichia is counted, -»gastrointestinal tract specimens for viruses«: rotavirus, adenovirus, astrovirus, calicivirus, coronavirus etc. are included, -»Urine, urine on commercial medium«: - Quantitative urine examination (Sanford), urine culture, etc. (without chlamydia, mycoplasmas and legionellae), - acterial isolation and identification from a commercial medium for culture and enumeration of urinary bacteria (Uricult, Uriline and similar), -»Specimens of skin, wounds, abscesses and similar«: specimens from the surface of the skin except specimens of superficial wounds, ulcers, deep wounds, post-operative wounds, petechia, human and animal bite wounds, etc. -»Urinary tract specimens (other than urine) and genital specimens» include: specimens from external genitalia, vagina, uterus, urethral swabs, etc., -»Catheters«: endovenus, subclavic and dialysis catheters (without urine catheters), - examination for the presence of MA: if one specimen is sent, for example, to MA examination and to pathogenic bacteria: two analyses are counted: one sent to MA and one to Specimens of skin, wounds bacteria, - other viruses causing hepatitis: Hepatitis A virus, Hepatitis C virus, Hepatitis D virus, Hepatitis E virus, Hepatitis G virus. - NM: In 2001 screening specimens for MA were not recorded separately. - NM: In 2001 and 2002 serological analyses for Toxoplasma Gondii - ELISA IgG avidity were not recorded separately. 373
