1 DINAMIKA ODSUMPORAVANJA DIMNOG GASA U APSORBERU MOKRIM POSTUPKOM DYNAMICS OF WET FLUE GAS DESULPHARISATION IN SPRAY ABSORBER Milan M. Model je baziran na jednačinama bilansa mase, oličine retanja i energije napisanim za svau fazu pojedinačno, to jest za suspenziju vode i rečnjaa oja struji vertialno naniže u vidu padajućih api i dimnog gasa oji struji vertialno naviše. Udeo sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu je sračunat dodatnom bilansnom jednačinom oja uzima u obzir promenu masenog udela sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu sa visinom apsorbera. Procesi razmene mase, oličine retanja i energije na površini api su opisani odgovarajućim onstitutivnim orelacijama. Sistem bilansnih jednačina je za stacionarne uslove transformisan u sistem običnih diferencijalnih jednačina, oji je rešen numeriči. Razvijeni termohidrauliči model je validiran poređenjem numeričih rezultata proračuna sa rezultatima izmerenim na apsorberu termoeletrane velie snage. Razvijeni postupa i dobijeni rezultati su podrša pri projetovanju apsorbera dimnih gasova. Ključne reči: : odsumporavanje dimnog gasa morim postupom; apsorpcija; isparavanje; dvofazno strujanje. A concise one dimensional thermal-hydraulic two-fluid model is presented for the numerical prediction of sulphur dioxide absorption from the flue gas onto drops of the water-limestone slurry in the vertical spray tower absorber. The model is based on mass, momentum and energy balance equations for each phase separately, i.e. downward falling droplets of water-limestone slurry and upward flowing flue gas. The sulphur dioxide content in the flue gas is predicted by a balance equation of the sulphur dioxide mass fraction in the flue gas. Interface transfer processes between the flue gas and the droplets are determined by closure laws. The obtained steady-state balance equations are transformed in a form suitable for a direct application of the numerical integration method for the system of ordinary differential equations. The developed thermal-hydraulic model is validated by comparing numerical results with available measured data at the large utility absorber. The presented results clearly show the dynamics of flue gas and droplets thermal-hydraulic processes and their influence on the absorption process. 2 I. Uvod Odsumporavanje dimnih gasova (ODG) u termoenergetsim postrojenjima se najčešće vrši primenom tehnologije morog postupa izdvajanja sumpor-diosida iz dimnog gasa u vertialnom apsorberu [1]. Sumpor-diosid se apsorbuje na raspršenim apima vodene suspenzije fino mlevenog rečnjaa. Prеčišćаvаnjе dimnоg gаsа vrši sе u diretnom оntаtu dimnоg gаsа sа vodenom suspеnziјоm rеčnjаа. Struјаnjе dimnоg gаsа i suspеnziје u аpsоrbеru је suprоtnоsmеrnо: gаs sе uvоdi u аpsоrbеr u dоnjеm dеlu i struјi nаviše, do vodena suspenzija rečnjaa raspršena u velii broj api sа nеоliо nivоа zа rаspršivаnjе pаdа nаnižе. Brој nivоа rаspršivаnjа zаvisi оd zаhtеvаnе еfiаsnоsti izdvајаnjа sumpоrnih оsidа, ао i zаdаtоg оpsеgа ulаznih оncеntrаciја sumpоr-diоsidа. Vodena suspenzija rečnjaa ојa cirulišе u аpsоrbеru sе rеcirulаciоnim pumpаmа usmеrаvа u mlаznicе zа rаspršivаnjе rаspоrеđеnе nа оnzоlnim nоsаčimа u аpsоrbеru, gdе sе rаspršuје dо finih аplјicа i dоvоdi u rаvnоmеrаn оntаt sа struјоm dimnоg gаsа. Na apima vodene suspenzije rečnjaa se аpsоrbuјe sumpor-diosid iz dimnоg gаsа putеm hemijse rеаciје оја sе оdviја izmеđu sumpor-diosida i sоrbеntа iz rastvora. Prеčišćеni dimni gаs na izlazu iz apsorbera prоlаzi rоz separator vlage ао bi sе iz njеgа ulоnilе аpi vоdе nošene dimnim gasom prе ulаsа u dimnjа. Pоšto se na ulаsu u аpsоrbеr dimni gаs nаglо hlаdi u оntаtu sа vodenom suspenzijom rečnjaa, оdrеđеnа оličinа vоdе ispаrаvа, tao da је dimni gаs nа izlаzu iz аpsоrbеrа zаsićеn vlаgоm. Моri pоstupа prеdstаvlја nајеfiаsniје rеšеnjе zа izdvајаnjе sumpоrnih оsidа iz dimnоg gаsа sа еfiаsnоšću prео 90%. Efiasnost procesa odsumporavanja zavisi od termohidraulie suprotnosmernog strujanja vodene suspenzije rečnjaa, oja struji vertialno naniže, i dimnog gasa oji struji naviše. Iao se ova tehnologija izdvajanja sumpordiosida iz dimnog gasa već duže vremena primenjuje i dalje postoji potreba da se razvijaju modeli i sprovode numeriče simulacije termohidrauličih procesa u vertialnom apsorberu. Rezultati tavih simulacija služe ao podrša pri projetovanju i optimizaciji radnih arateristia apsorbera, sa stanovišta snižavanja investicionih trošova, povećanja pouzdanosti rada i povećanja efiasnosti procesa izdvajanja sumpor-diosida iz dimnog gasa. Dosadašnja istraživanja iz oblasti ODG primenom morog postupa su obimna, stoga je samo neolio reprezentativnih istraživanja navedeno u ovom radu. Nygaarda i dr. [] su izvršili merenja oncentracije gasne faze sumpor-diosida i sastava tečne mešavine na vertialnom apsorberu termoeletrane snage 60 MWe primenom morog postupa. U radu su predstavili efiasnost postupa ODG i prostornu distribuciju parametara procesa u vertialnom apsorberu. Marocco i Inzoli [3] su razvili trodimenzionalni model apsorpcije sumpor-diosida pri suprotnosmernom strujanju tečne mešavine rečnjaa i vode i dimnog gasa. Simulaciju su sproveli primenom omercijalnog CFD programa za uslove vertialnog apsorbera pilot postrojenja. CFD simulacije ODG u vertialnom apsorberu su vršili i Arif i dr. 74 Procesing 16

3 [4], oji su posebno obratili pažnju na potrošnju vode. Jednodimenzionalni model apsorbera sumpor-diosida su razvili Zhu i dr. [5]. Njegovom primenom su analizirali uticaj radnih parametara na visinu zone apsorpcije. Saboni i Alexandrova [6] su modelirali brzinu apsorpcije sumpor-diosida na apima mešavine rečnjaa i vode. U ovom radu je predstavljen jednodimenzionalni termohidrauliči model dva fluida za numeričo predviđanje apsorpcije sumpor-diosida iz dimnog gasa na apima mešavine rečnjaa i vode u vertialnom apsorberu. Model je zasnovan na bilansnim jednačinama mase, oličine retanja i energije za svau fazu posebno, odnosno za strujanje api mešavine rečnjaa i vode vertalno naniže i strujanje dimnog gasa vertialno naviše. Sadržaj sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu se određuje primenom bilansne jednačine masenog udela sumpordiosida u dimnom gasu. Procesi na razdelnoj površini između faza su opisani odgovarajućim onstitutivnim orelacijama. Dobijeni numeriči rezultati su upoređeni sa dostupnim izmerenim vrednostima za vertialni apsorber u termoeletrani snage 60 MWe []. II. Matematiči model Jednodimenzijsi termohidrauliči model dva fluida ojim je opisano dvofazno suprotnosmerno strujanje dimnog gasa i mešavine rečnjaa i vode u vertialnom apsorberu sumpor-diosida zasnovan je na bilansima mase, oličine retanja i energije za svau fazu posebno. Dimni gas ontinualno struji vertialno naviše, a vodena suspenzija rečnjaa, raspršena u vidu api, struji vertialno naniže. Procesi razmene mase, oličine retanja i energije na razdelnoj površini između faza, odnosno na površini api, ao i između zida apsorbera i struje fluida oja je u ontatu sa zidom su opisani odgovarajućim onstitutivnim orelacijama. III. Numeričo rešavanje U vertialnom apsorberu u om se vrši izdvajanje sumpor-diosida morim postupom pretpostavljeni su stacionarni uslovi. Prvi članovi sa leve strane bilansnih jednačina mase, oličine retanja, energije, i masenih udela vodene pare i sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu (1-5) su u tom slučaju jednai nuli. 8 prvog reda sa izvodima zavisno promenljvih veličina po prostornoj oordinati. Zavisno promenljive veličine su zapreminsi udeli, brzine i entalpije mešavine rečnjaa i vode i dimnog gasa, oncentracije vodene pare i sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu. Dobijeni sistem jednačina je pogodan za numeričo rešavanje primenom metode Runge-Kutta za određene početne uslove, ao što su vrednosti zapreminsih udela, brzina i entalpija mešavine rečnjaa i vode i dimnog gasa, ao i oncentracije vodene pare i sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu. IV. Primena razvijenog numeričog modela Razvijeni jednodimenzionalni termohidrauliči model dva fluida za numeričo predviđanje apsorpcije sumpor-diosida iz dimnog gasa na apima vodene suspenzije rečnjaa, u vertialnom apsorberu, primenjen je za predviđanje uslova rada vertialnog apsorbera bloa 5, snage 60 MWe, termoeletrane Asnæs u Dansoj []. Dimenzije vertialnog apsorbera i položaji pet nivoa raspršivanja za ubrizgavanje vodene suspenzije rečnjaa u vodi su dati na slici 1. Radni parametri apsorbera za vreme sprovedenih merenja su navedeni u tabeli 1. Koncentracija sumpor-diosida je izmerena gasnim analizatorom na uzorcima dimnog gasa uzetog iz apsorbera. V. Priaz rezultata Na slici je predstavljena promena temperature dimnog gasa i vodene suspenzije rečnjaa po visini vertialnog apsorbera sumpornih osida. Visina je jednaa nuli na mestu ulaza dimnog gasa u apsorber. Temperatura dimnog gasa brzo opada, sa početnih 137 C na 60,4 C za približno 8 m od ulaza dimnog gasa, tao da je na toj visini temperatura dimnog gasa za samo 1 C viša od temperature api. Ovaj brzi pad temperature dimnog gasa je posledica mnogo većeg toplotnog apaciteta struje api u odnosu na apacitet struje dimnog gasa, ao i velie razdelne (dodirne) površine api i dimnog gasa. Specifična razdelna površina tečne i gasne faze se izračunava prema jednačini (9). Za zapreminsi udeo api jedna 1%, t.j. α d=0,01 i prečni api mm, specifična razdelna površina api i dimnog gasa iznosi 30 m po m 3 dvofazne mešavine api i dimnog gasa. Na visini apsorbera oja iznosi približno 9 m od mesta ulaza dimnog gasa temperatura dimnog gasa je zanemarljivo viša od temperature api. Razlia temperatura dimnog gasa i api onstanto opada idući a vrhu apsorbera i pratično postaje jednaa nuli na izlazu dimnog gasa. Promena zapreminsog udela api mešavine rečnjaa i vode u dvofaznoj mešavini sa dimnim gasom sa visinom apsorbera je data na slici 3. Na mestima gde se ubrizgavaju api zapreminsi udeo api raste, do nizvodno opada zbog ubrzanja api usled dejstva gravitacije. Najveća vrednost zapreminsog protoa api je oo 1,% na mestu odmah ispod najnižeg nivoa raspršivanja, nivoa 1 (slia 1) i onda neznatno opada do vrednosti 1,1 % na mestu ulaza dimnog gasa. Slia 4 poazuje blagu promenu brzine dimnog gasa po visini apsorbera, do brzina api naglo raste ispod raspršivača zbog gravitacije i opada u zonama ubrizgavanja zbog manje brzine ubrizgavanja (manja brzina ubrizgavanja usporava padanje api). Brzina dimnog gasa neznatno opada duž prvih neolio metara od ulaza zbog hlađenja gasa i opadanja specifične zapremine dimnog gasa. Dijagram promene pritisa sa visinom apsorbera je priazan na slici 5. Pritisa dvofazne mešavine se smanjuje onstantno od mesta ulaza dimnog gasa u apsorber sve do vrha apsorbera. Najveći uticaj na uupnu promenu pritisa duž apsorbera ima gustina dvofazne mešavine i hidrostatiča promena pritisa.

12 Na slici 6 priazan je stepenast porast masenog protoa api na mestima ubrizgavanja mešavine rečnjaa i vode. Na svaom od 5 nivoa ubrizgava se podjednaa oličina api i ona iznosi 67.8 g/s po nivou ubrizgavanja. Dimni gas je iznad 9 metara zasićen apima, taođe temperature dimnog gasa i api su približno jednae pa pratično nema isparavanja. Iz ovog razloga maseni proto api oji se ubrizgava u ovom delu apsorbera je približno jedna masenom protou api u apsorberu. U nižim delovima apsorbera isparavanje ima uticaj, pa samim tim postoji i razlia između oličine api oja se ubrizgava i oja pada u bazen na dnu asporbera i ona iznosi približno 34 g/s. Količina vode oja isparava u apsorberu dostiže približno 10 t/h. Snižavanjem temperature dimnog gasa na ulazu u apsorber i sledstvenim smanjenjem odgovarajućeg masenog flusa isparavanja, moguće je ostvariti značajne uštede u oličini vode potrebne za proces odsumporavanja dimnog gasa. Poređenje numeriči dobijenih vrednosti sa izmerenim vrednostima oncentracija sumpor-diosida u apsorberu je priazano na slici 7. Koncentracija sumpor-diosida najintenzivnije opada u centralnom delu apsorbera, iznad prvog nivoa raspršivanja na 6.1 m i ispod četvrtog nivoa raspršivanja, oji je na 14,7 m. Ispod 6 m brzina apsorpcije je niža jer su api zasićenje sumporom, do je na vrhu apsorbera u blizini izlaza dimnog gasa, oncentracija sumpordiosida u dimnom gasu nisa, a samim tim i intenzitet prenosa masa na sveže ubrizgane api. Zaljuča Razvijen je numeriči model za simulaciju suprotnosmernog strujanja dimnog gasa i api i predstavljena je dinamia procesa izdvajanja sumpordiosida morim postupom u vertialnom apsorberu. Model je zasnovan na bilansnim jednačinama mase, oličine retanja i energije za svau od faza, ao i na bilansima masenih udela vodene pare i sumpor-diosida u dimnom gasu. Razvijeni model je primenjen na uslove rada u veliom vertialnom apsorberu termoeletrane. Dobijeni rezultati su upoređeni sa dostupnim izmerenim vrednostima i dobijeno je zadovoljavajuće slaganje. Poazano je da velia razdelna površina vodi a brzom uspostavljanju termiče ravnoteže između dimnog gasa i vodene suspenzije rečnjaa. Apsorpcija sumpor-diosida se odvija veliim intenzitetom duž cele visine vertialnog apsorbera. Ubrizgavanje api mešavine rečnjaa i vode roz mlaznice na više nivoa po visini apsorbera ima snažan uticaj na termohidrauliče uslove u vertialnom apsorberu. Taođe, ovim modelom je moguće odrediti oličinu vode oja ispari u apsorberu što je značajno za sagledavanje mogućeg smanjenja potrošnje vode u morom postupu odsumporavanja. Razvijeni model služi ao podrša projetovanju vertialnih apsorbera sumpor-diosida. VII.
