4 DANAK DELTA-A5361 Page 4 of Resumé and conclusion The report is about type examination and testing of the 825 non-automatic weighing indicator manufactured by Cardinal Detecto Scale Manufacturing Company The examination and testing were performed according to relevant sections of EN 4551:1992 / International Recommendation OIML R 76, edition 1992, WELMEC Guide 2.1:21 Testing of indicators, and WELMEC Guide 2.3:25 Guide for Examining Software (Non-automatic Weighing Instruments). The 825 indicator that has been tested and examined has the following firmware and software version numbers: Boot loader: ver 1.5f Mainboard: ver 1.3 Standard Interface Board (SIB): ver.3 Application menu: ver 1.3 Application: ver 1.32 The test item fulfilled relevant parts of EN 4551:1992 / OIML R76:1992 for nonautomatic weighing instruments and WELMEC Guide 2.1:21, as described in Annex 2. Up to ten load cell interface boards can be installed in the model 825 weighing indicator, each interfacing to its own load receptor. A brief summary of essential results is as follows: Accuracy class III Single-interval, or multi-interval with 2 or 3 intervals Maximum number of verification scale intervals: 1, Minimum input voltage per verification scale:.25 μv Maximum subtractive tare: Max 1 Minimum input impedance for load cells: 25 ohm Maximum input impedance for load cells: 11 ohm Temperature range: -1 C to +4 C Maximum cable length to a junction box: 491 m/mm 2 JHJ/lko

Before the test item is placed in the anechoic chamber, an isotropic E-field sensor is placed on the spot where the test item is placed later on. An automatic measurement of the generator output, necessary to establish the specified field strength reading on the E-field sensor is performed. The data of the corresponding frequency and generator output is stored for use during the exposure. These data are printed out, saved and kept. The frequency range is scanned at a maximum rate of.5 oct./sec. (approx. 1 octave/2 minutes) while the field strength is maintained using the generator settings achieved during the previous measurement with the E-field sensor installed instead of the test object.
