3 Detailed Description of Event: (cannot be edited) At approx 8:20PM on Jan 12th 2013 the wife and I were heading out for dinner. As soon as we pulled out of the garage and began to head west down the street I witnessed 3 lights in a row in the sky. The lights appeared to be a decent distance away. I assumed they were chinese lanterns all at the same elevation. As we drove closer to them we realized that they were all part of the same object. The object turned and the lights were now in a trangle/pyramid shape. As soon as the lights turned into this shape the bolted away at incredible, unknown speed and dissappeared in a few seconds. In my opionion this object was very large. The best way to describe the lights would be to call them energy/plasma. They had hints of red, yellow and orange but were not on fire and not the burning of a fossil fuel.
