16 Conclusion & Outlook TRANSTHERMAL constitutes pilot study: Improvement of data processing and quantification of geothermal potential (e.g. reservoir modeling) Linkage to other neighboring countries (Hungary, Croatia) will EASTERN ALPS improve results (e.g. recharge areas of basement reservoirs, Heat Flux distribution) Linkage to economy: Cross border Spa- and tourism concepts needed SOUTHERN ALPS Cross border reservoir management concepts for sustainable utilization (Austria Slovenia Hungary Croatia)
