I am particularly interested in sustainable reuse of industrial and commercial properties; brownfields redevelopment; urban farming; agglomeration economies; knowledge production; urban decline and resurgence; spatial modeling; and spatial econometrics. Assistant Research Fellow Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS) ( ) KRIHS is the most prestigious planning research group in Korea operated by the Government. I participated in making comprehensive plans, vision plans, and implementation plans at the national level; Conducted research on regional economic development, sustainability, and settlement trends to propose spatial policies for the Korean government.
