China Center for Energy Economics Research,Xiamen University,Xiamen ,Fujian,China) Abstr act: Ningbo-Zhoushan Port locates at the middle position of China s coast line, forming a horn situation with Shanghai Port. This paper analyses the hinterland demarcation between Lianyungang Port, Shanghai Port, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and Fuzhou port by the least transportation cost method. According to the characters of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and its hinterland, this paper puts forward, for the long-run benefit of the port, to enhance the port related industries development, establish and enlarge the bulk commodity trading market and strengthen inland-port construction to expand the hinterland. Key words: transportation cost;transportation method;port hinterland;port service 1974 E- mail shall1@yeah.net 446 THE FORMATION AND EVOLUTION OF THE URBAN TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS INCUBATOR NETWORK ZHOU Jian - hua,duan Lang (School of Business,Central South University,Changsha ,Hunan,China) Abstr act: Urban tech-business incubator network is a strategic service-oriented economic organization based on the city, it contained about various types of urban tech-business incubators, college science and technology institutes, science and technology intermediary, relevant government departments, various investment and financing institutions and other related networking with each other. It is a technology business incubator to a certain stage of development of a specific form of expression. The formation and evolution of urban tech-business incubator network is the process of dynamic and continuous, it usually has three stages of development: generation of breeding, rapid development, mature and stable period. Its development and evolution is not accidental, resulted of the interaction of various driving factors existing in the internal and external of network, and these driving factors play different roles in different stages of development.
