11 If a damage occurs, who calls it in to 811? A. B. and C. And the correct answer is Any witness to a damage, whether they called in the locate request or not is encouraged to contact the utility that was affected and call 811 to have a damage ticket issued.

13 Alert workers to the heat index anticipated for the day and identify each precaution in place at the work site to reduce the risk of heat-related illness Provide plenty of cool drinking water and disposable cups Actively encourage workers to drink small amounts of water often Establish and enforce work/rest schedules Set up a buddy system Maintain effective communication with your crew at all times Encourage workers to wear sunscreen and use other protections from direct sunlight

She works from home. It was inconveniencing but repaired quickly and she thanks you! THANK YOU ROGER!! o 15 damages for cable & 34 in the Newell area (not sure what company this was for) o TWC had 125 damages o Make sure you identify who you work for so you won t be billed for a damage you didn t commit o People are piggy backing off of others located lines out in the field o Encourage all to report damages to NC811 & PRG o PNG had 92 damages o TWC/Charter will start white lining o Sub-committee will meet next Tuesday, August 4 th o Giveaways Next Meeting Wednesday, August 31, 4301 Yancey Rd. in the Maxheim Kitchen.
