3 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS In accordance with the By-Laws of Parrot Heads of Port Aransas Article IV A, this is your Call for Nominations for the 2016 election. The offices for election in 2016 are for Vice-President and Treasurer, BOTH TO SERVE TWO YEAR TERMS. If you are interested in being considered by the club for this election please respond to this before Monday December 5, 2016 at 11:59 pm to The nominations will be closed at that time. Linda Hansen and Bill Thomas have currently expressed interest in running for Vice-President. Anita Krampitz has currently expressed interest in running for Treasurer. Please send me your nomination if you are interested in running. We can also include a short bio, platform, etc. to send out to the phlock for consideration prior to the election. This will be a simple majority election conducted via secret ballot. All members in good standing will receive an detailing the procedure to cast their secret ballot at Ballotbin.com by December 15, A Voter Code will be required to cast a single ballot and will be included in the . Those members that share an address will receive all voter codes associated to members at that address. Members may request the use of a separate address or request for a ballot to be sent to them by mail. Please request before December 1, 2016 to insure delivery. Ballots must be cast by January 6, :59 pm. The election will closed at that time. The final results will be reported at the Annual General Meeting currently planned for Thursday January 12, PHINS UP!
