2 Support Groups at the Howell Township Senior Center The Howell Township Department of Senior Services is starting a Bereavement Group and a Caregiver Support Group at the Senior Center. The groups are being run by Barrett Hughes, a Licensed Professional Counselor and will meet on Thursdays from 10:30am-11:30am. With many seniors aging in place they may have a family member as their caregiver, or they may be the caregiver to a spouse. This can be very physically and emotionally taxing on a person and having a place to come and express their emotions and struggles can be extremely beneficial. Other seniors can be going through grief due to an illness, death, or having a significant other in a facility. Either way, having a group to support you can help you through your toughest days. Please contact Ann Albano at ext if you are interested or have any questions. Bereavement Group -Will meet 2x a month on the 1 st and 3 rd Thursdays of the month starting June 7th at 10:30am. Caregivers Support Group- Will meet 2x a month on the 2 nd and 4 th Thursdays of the month *NOTE: This Group will be on break until further interest. Please contact Ann Albano at ext if you are interested in attending. PARTIALLY FUNDED THROUGH TITLE III OLDER AMERICAN ACT OF A AMENDED THROUGH A GRANT BY THE TATE OF NEW JER EY DIVI ION OF AGING AND
