The Financial Manager is responsible to the Las Pozas Board for assisting to establish budgets and for managing costs of the conservation program and the fund-raising program. Financial Management of $20,000US total per year is to fund the management of the fund-raising project and all expenses of the fund-raising. B. The Staff Curator and assistant of $20,000US total per year will be available on site to help with tourists, typing, telephones, etc. They must keep the tourists away from wherever the work is going on and provide a presence for both site and visitor safety and cooperate with the site Conservator who will be in charge of conservation work. SITE CONSERVATION PROGRAM- 3 YEARS $427,500US A. The Chief Conservator is responsible to the Las Pozas Board of Directors for the entire conservation program for $24,000US per year. The Chief Conservator is responsible for setting up the conservation program budget, training the conservation staff, and monitoring the budget compliance and quality of work during a series of visits and inspections. B. The Conservator is responsible to the Chief Conservator for $26,000US per year. The Conservator is on site with the staff and acts for the Chief Conservator in budget compliance, staff training and quality controls. C. The conservation engineer is responsible to the Conservator for engineering support as needed for $25,000US per year D. Other professional support to the program $13,333 per year. E.
