2 OUR SERVICES Airborne Survey AAM s diverse range of aerial survey technologies ensures the best tool is deployed to suit the accuracy, timeliness and scale of a client s project. We own our own aircraft, which benefits our clients as we have the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to eliminate any delays with projects. AAM remains a leader in the field through continuous investment in the latest imaging technologies including digital mapping cameras. LiDAR AAM introduced LiDAR to the market over a decade ago. LiDAR creates highly accurate and detailed models of the Earth s surface. Typical datasets include natural surface terrain, buildings, vegetation, contours and 3D models. Oblique Imagery AAM offers aerial oblique imagery from various sensors. While vertical imagery (satellite or aircraft) provides efficient definition of land use, AAM s oblique cameras capture the geometry and facades of every building within the urban environment. These cameras provide the imagery to add realism to building models. This level of realism is vital to allow non-spatial users to recognise locations and comprehend the various Smart City outputs. AAM also offers custom aerial oblique imagery solutions as per clients requirements, utilising the latest technology imagery sensors. Terrestrial Laser Scanning and Mapping Terrestrial Laser Scanners permit the rapid capture of millions of accurate 3D point cloud data from a safe distance. Our range of pulse and phase scanners is suited to a wide range of applications, including Topography, Mining, Plant, Civil, Architecture and Building Modelling. Our expertise in a wide variety of software applications allows us to model complex structures from point cloud data for engineering, planning, information management and architectural purposes.
