1 QAPP AMENDMENT FORM: Amendment # 7 DATE FORM SUBMITTED: 7/23/07 QAPP Title Quality Assurance Project Plan for the Ambient Air Monitoring Program 30 Liberty Street Deconstruction Project September 7, 2005 ITEM # This Amendment provides the current status and clarification on the locations of all air monitoring stations used for the 30 Liberty Street ambient air monitoring program. The Monitoring Station Summary (Table 7-4a) contained in this Amendment supercedes all prior information provided for the current locations. Reason for Amendment: The Amendment has been created to provide clarification to all parties on the status and current locations of all air monitoring stations. Sections of QAPP Affected: Figure 7-: The locations of the current array of air monitoring stations are not accurately depicted on this figure. This figure has been updated to more accurately reflect the current locations of the monitoring stations. In addition, two new figures will be added to the QAPP (Figures 7-3 and 7-4) which will provide a three-dimensional view of all air monitoring stations. Figure 6- (Project Timeline), Table 7-2 (Phase I: Preparation Phase & Asbestos and COPC Abatement and Removal Sampling and Analysis Summary), Table 7-3 (Phase II Structural Deconstruction Phase Sampling and Analysis Summary), Table 7-4 (Summary of Relevant Information Sampling Locations), and Table 4- (Sample Numbering Scheme): The reference to the ground/street level stations has been changed to sidewalk bridge level for Stations, 2, and 0. Table 7-4a: This table (Monitoring Station Summary) has been added to the QAPP to provide further clarification on all sample locations. Attachment A: New photographs have been provided to accurately reflect the current locations of all air monitoring stations. These will be issued under separate cover on compact disk (CD) as per usual practice. Attachment A site photographs will also be posted on the LMDC web site. Date Implemented: June 2007 Page of
