2 Introduction Multi pin count connector for Small Gauge oaxial able ( here-after called SG ) was developed first in the world by I-PEX, and it has been delivered for practical and various applications in volume production lines in the market. I-PEX s SG connector is named BLINE Series onnector. During the past a couple of years, the superior properties of the connector with SG, in terms of high speed signal transmission, EMI reduction, flexibility and bend-ability etc, have generated new applications broadly for a ellular Phone, that LD panel rotates around single or double hinges. This BLINE has solved technical issues for mechanical and electrical connector between LD panel and PB. Improved points with BLINE are durability of transmission circuit-lines between LD panel and PB for hundreds thousands open / close operation of LD panel, miniaturization of hinge and settlement of EMI issue, which have enabled ellular Phone to equip more various functions. This trend of SG application for ellular Phone has spreaded out through world-wide market during recent years.
