1 F.No. 11/2/2015-C-1/1(Vol. III) STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination, 2015 Declaration of Final Result for recruitment for the post of Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant and LDC. ********* The Staff Selection Commission had, on , declared 12,991 candidates qualified for the post of Data Entry Operator and 16,609 candidates qualified for the posts of Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and LDCs for appearing in Document Verification. The Final Result of the said examination has been prepared based on the Document Verification of candidates. 2. Category-wise break-up of the candidates selected for Data Entry Operator (Preference D), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant (Preference P) and Lower Division Clerk (Preference L) is given below:- i) Data Entry Operator UR SC ST OBC EXS OH HH VH TOTAL Vacancies Candidates recommended 507* * Includes 176 OBC, 9 SC and 1 ST candidates selected against UR vacancies. Servicemen category 02 SC, 30 OBC and 68 UR candidates) ii) Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant UR SC ST OBC EXS OH HH VH TOTAL Vacancies Candidates recommended 2958* * Includes 1267 OBC, 54 SC and 5 ST candidates selected against UR vacancies. (Note : Candidates selected in OH category 02 SC, 29 OBC and 22 UR candidates, HH category 02 SC, 21 OBC and 12 UR candidates, VH category - 04 SC, 22 OBC and 29 UR candidates, Ex. Servicemen category 04 SC, 69 OBC and 149 UR candidates) 1

RESOLUTION OF TIE CASES In case where more than one candidate secure the equal aggregates marks, tie has been resolved by applying the following methods one after another :- i) Marks in first part of the written examination (Paper-I). ii) Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher. iii) Alphabetical order in which first names of the candidates appear. 7.
