This course deals with balanced force systems applied to rigid-bodies that are at rest. Methods to determine support reactions and relationships between internal and external forces, as well as internal force distribution will be introduced in this course. This course is important as it serves as pre-requisite and fundamental in later engineering courses. Course Materials : Textbooks: 1. R.C. Hibbeler.
