3 Engineering Electromagnetics Vector Analysis Static Electric Field Static Magnetic Field Electromagnetic is the study of the effects of electric charges at rest and in motion A field is a spatial distribution of a quantity, which may or may not be a function of time A time-varying electric field is a accompanied by a magnetic field, and vice versa

5 Logistics Attendance Will be called 10 time during the semester, at any time during the class. If you absent 3 times at the moment the roll is called, grade F will be given(department rule). Students need to sit at their assigned seat. If your attitude in class is not acceptable, for example, sleeping on the desk, phone chatting continuously, or not following the instructor s directions will be counted as absent. You are allowed once during the semester to be absent in class with 48 hour notice before the class. Send to TA. If you are absent due to medical reason, please submit Dr. s note following the next class.
