Hard copies and electronic files (compact disks) of the draft document have been made available upon request. Copies of the SEIR may also be obtained online by visiting In addition, the SEIR has been made available for review at several libraries in Santa Clara and Alameda counties. VTA has also notified all property owners/tenants who may potentially be impacted by the BART Extension Project and has advertised the availability of the SEIR in local periodicals, including the San Jose Mercury News, The Milpitas Post, El Observador, Thoi Boa, Santa Clara Weekly, and Rose Garden Resident.
