2 Over View Recently, in the automotive and related transportation industry, test the reliability and functionality of vehicle under the extreme environment condition is the most important factor. Especially, Solar radiant energy is the most important environmental factors with ambient temperature, relative humidity, rain and snow together Full spectrum Solar Simulation System is set in CWT(Climatic Wind Tunnel) chamber or Climate Chamber for Solar Load Test and have the movability to reproduce the movement of the sun. Metal Halide Type to simulate the whole spectrum of the sun's radiation and Infrared Type to check the device flaws due to the heating of solar radiation..
3 General Specification Intensity : 600W/ m2 ~ 1,120W/ m2 or More Solar irradiance is about 1,367W/ m2 in the atmosphere. Reflected and scatter diffused are decreased the irradiance. So ground irradiance is only 1,120W/ m2 Operation Temp( ) : -10 ~ +60 Operation Humidity(%) : 5% ~ 95% Uniformity : ±10% Stability : ±1% Radiation : Global Radiation According To Cie No nm ~ 400nm : 6.1% ±3% 400nm ~ 800nm : 51.6% ±5% Solar Simulation Over View 800nm ~ 3,000nm : 42.1% ±5% UV Cut Off : Under the 280nm(UVC) UVC radiation is completely absorbed by atmospheric ozone. And UVC is the most dangerous type of UV light. So our system cut-off the UVC using a filter
