Corrigendum 4 Last Date and Time submission of Bids 07/02/2019 at 1500 hrs. 15/02/2019 at 1700 hrs. 2. Corrigendum 4 Technical Bid Opening 16/02/2019 at 1730 hrs. 08/02/2019 at 1600 hrs. 3. General Submission of Proposal In addition to the Technical Bid and financial bid submitted online, the bidders shall submit complete set of technical bid and financial bid separately in hard copy. EMD, Technical and Financial bids shall be sealed and packed in separate envelopes clearly marking on the top of the envelopes Envelope 1- EMD in form BG in original, Envelope 2-Technical Proposal & Envelope -3 Financial Proposal. The Technical Proposal Envelope shall contain all the documents in original, sealed and stamped on all the pages. No information of financial proposal shall be in the envelope of technical proposal. Failure to adhere will result in treating bid as non-responsive. Financial Proposal Envelope shall contain duly filled up revised price bid format including the format as per E-

2 Procurement portal. Both the envelopes shall be sealed and packed in an outer envelope clearly mentioning the name of the Project, addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Aligarh Smart City Limited Room No. 108, Sewa Bhawan, Church Compound, Civil Lines, Aligarh , Uttar Pradesh The hard copy shall be submitted before 16/02/2019 at 1700 hrs. Failure to submit the Hard Copy of the EMD in form of BG in Original and the Proposal (Both technical and financial) in the prescribed format will lead to treating the bid as non-responsive. Also, all the contents of the hard copy submission (both technical and financial proposal) shall be same as per the documents submitted in the e-portal (other than the revised price bid format (Addendum 2/Corrigendum 5). Any deviations in the documents in hard copy submission to submission in e-portal, the documents submitted in e-portal shall be considered for evaluation (other than the revised price bid format( Addendum 2/Corrigendum 5). 4. Clause (6), pg no 38 The Authority will notify the date and venue for conducting such proof of concept / technical demonstration to the prospective bidders. The date for conducting the proof of concept/technical demonstration to the prospective bidders is scheduled from 22 nd February 2019.
