REPORT ON DIAMOND DRILLING PROGRAM ON PROPERTY OF NAPOLEON EXPLORATION CORPORATION MILNER CONSOLIDATED SILVER MINES LTD. AMOCO CANADA PETROLEUM COMPANY LTD. DUFFELL LAKE AREA SIOUX LOOKOUT MINING DIVISION ONTARIO SUMMARY During June and July 1988, carried out a diamond drilling program on a claim group held under ^option from Airoco Canada tetroleum *53fl^wny ^f^ 'gi.ivemlts^j^ The property is located near Duffell Lake in the Sioux Lookout Mining Division approximately 13 miles southeast of the Golden Patricia gold deposit and is underlain by the same favourable greenstone belt that hosts the Golden Patricia. Napoleon can earn a 491 interest in the property by funding exploration programs on the property. This report contains an outline of the geology, the history of exploration carried out to - date on the property and the results of the diamond drilling program carried out on the property during the summer of Nine diamonded?!!! holes were completed on the property in the 1988 program totalling' 3435 feet. In total 121 drill core sections were sampled and assayed. In,general, these holes intersected well mineralized silicified porphyrys, shear zones and fault zones and in one hole sulfidic chert and iron formation. Encouraging gold values ware encountered in two of the drill holes (D.D.H. No. 9 and D.D.H. No. 4). It is recommended that limited additional geophysical programs be carried out in the immediate areas around D.D.H. No. 9 followed by additional diamond drilling to determine the extent and persistence of the gold values encountered in D.D.H. No. 9.

- 2 - During the months of June and July, 1988, a diamond drilling program was carried out by Napoleon Exploration Corporation on a claim group under option from Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. by Milner Consolidated Silver Mines Ltd. Milner can earn 1001 interest in the property, subject to a 2.51 net smelter return royalty. Napoleon entered into an agreement with Milner whereby it can earn a 49% interest in the property by funding exploration programs on the property. The purpose of the diamond drilling program was firstly to explore the overburden covered area "up - ice" from a spectacular basal till gold anomaly which had previously been outlined by Amoco, and secondly to explore anomalous features defined by ground geophysical surveys carried out in 1987, for economic concentrations of gold.

- 3- PROPERTY AND LOCATION The claim group consists of fourty-four claims totalling approximately 1,760 acres, situated on the Meen Lake - Kasagiminnis Lake greenstone belt. This belt is the westerly extension of the Pickle Lake greenstone belt. The claims are approximately 35 air miles west of the town of Pickle Lake. Access is by float or ski equipped charter aircraft or by winter road from Pickel Lake. The claims are shown on the Duffell Lake Area Claim map and are more precisely described as follows: Claim No Total: claims

- 4 - ESTORY OF WORK DONE PREVIOUSLY During the period between 1935 and 1938, the Pickle Crow Gold Mine and the Central Patricia Mine, both of which are located at the eastern end of the Pickle Lake - Meen - Dempster greenstone belt, were brought into production. More than 2 million ounces of gold were produced from these two mines before they closed in 1966 due to a static gold price and rising costs. Rising gold prices in the early 1980's caused a revival of exploration interest in the area and in the past several years at least 5 new deposits have been discovered along the belt, including Placer - Dome's Donna Lake Deposit, St. Joe Canada's Golden Patricia and Dobie Deposits, Umex's Dobie River Area Deposit and Lac Mineral's Hasaga Deposit. The Donna Lake deposit and the Golden Patricia are currently being prepared for production and work is proceeding towards expanding tonnage on the other above mentioned deposits, as well as on the former Central Patricia Mine and Pickle Crow Mine. The 44 claim Amoco group upon which the 1988 drill program was carried out was staked by Anoco in 1982 and 1983, after the Latter Company uncovered anomalous concentrations of gold in the Eskers in the area. Early in 1983, Amoco conducted a reverse circulation drilling program to test the basal till of the claim group for anomalous gold content. This work resulted in defining highly anomalous basal till in the east central sector of the property. The gold grains in the anomalous till are of extreme delicacy indicating a nearby bedrock source for the gold. Subsequently, Anoco bored seven diamond drill holes totalling 2400 feet which explored a 1400 feet section of bedrock up - ice from the centre of the anomalous till area. These holes did not intersect significant gold values and work was suspended but the claims were maintained in good standing. In 1986, Milner acquired an option from Anoco to earn a 100% interest in the claim group subject to a 2.51 net smelter royalty reserved to Amoco. Milner subsequently entered into an agreement with Napoleon whereby the latter company can earn a 491 interest in the claim group subject to the 2.5*1 royalty. In 1987, Napoleon funded line cutting, prospecting, geophysical and geological programs on the claim group. This work resulted in outlining of anomalous zones which were deemed to indicate geological features with the potential of hosting concentrations of gold. The 1988 diamond drilling program was carried out to explore the anomalous features outlined by the geophysical surveys and to extend Amoco's drilling cross section further up - ice in an attempt to locate the bedrock source of the gold in the basal till.

- 5 - The property is located along the Meen - Denpster Lake greenstone belt which is the westerly extension of the Pickle lake belt. Rocks consist of steeply dipping, folded and faulted netavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks which extend in a west to northwest direction. These rocks have been invaded by sills, dikes, stocks and bosses of ultramafic composition, gabbro, granite, granodiorite, diorite, quartz feldspar porphyry and diabase dikes. All of these rocks are of Archean age except for the diabase dikes which are younger. The belt is interpreted as beijig an isoclinal folded syncline possibly slightly overturned to the south. Gold in the region is known to occur in fissure quartz veins, in quartz vein stockworks in silicified shear zones with sulfides, in sulfidic iron formation, in sulfidized felsic tuffs, in green carbonates of exhalative origin, in banded chert zones of possible exhalative origin and as silicified sulfidic replacement zones in iron formation. Sulfide minerals, to a greater or lesser extent, frequently accompany the gold mineralization. The claim group is almost entirely underlain by a series of basic to intermediate metavolcanic flows and pyroclastic rocks. Ground geophysics and drilling reveal the presence of gabbro, diabase, and quartz - feldspar intrusive rocks. Diamond drilling also reveals the presence of sulfidic iron formation in the southeastern sector of the property. The Duffell Lake quartz monzonite stock intrudes the volcanic - sedimentary series in the east - central part of the property. Several shear zone - fault zones are indicated by geophysics and some of these are confirmed by diamond drilling.

- 6 - DRILLING PROGRAM AND RESULTS A diamond drilling program consisting of 9 holes totalling 3435 feet of B.Q. core was carried out. The purpose of the drilling was to explore the anomalous features outlined by the 1987 geophysical surveys and to extend Amoco's drilling cross section further "up - ice" in an attempt to locate the bedrock source of the gold in the basal till anomaly. Complete diamond drill hole logs and sample records for 121 drill core sections are submitted herein as appendix. A summary of the drill holes is as follows: DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. l This hole was bored to test Conductor H and to extend Amoco's drill section. Drilling encountered a sequence of brecciated basic volcanics mineralized with up to 101 pyrite. Numerous sections were well mineralized with blue - white quartz veinlets. Several silicified fractured quartz feldspar porphyry dikes, which were well mineralized with disseminated pyrite were encountered. Significant gold values were not intersected in the drill hole. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 2 This hole was drilled to explore Conductor G and to extend Amoco's drill section up - ice. Drilling intersected intermediate volcanics and quartz feldspar porphyry. The volcanics were locally sheared and well mineralized with pyrite including a short section of semi - massive pyrite at 31.5 feet. The porphyrys were fractured, silicified and sections were well mineralized with disseminated pyrite. A rusty bleached fracture zone was encountered at 76.5 feet possibly representing a fault zone. Anomalous gold values of 110 and 185 P.P.B. were encountered in a porphyry dike mineralized with S % disseminated pyrite. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 3 This hole was bored to test a magnetic low and to extend Amoco's drill section up - ice. Drilling encountered an intrusive porphyry or a porphyritic flow, gabbro and intrusive quartz feldspar porphyry. The porphyrys were well fractured, silicified and mineralized with disseminated pyrite. Significant gold values were not encountered. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 4 This hole was bored to extend Amoco's drill section up - ice. Drilling encountered basic volcanics intruded by feldspar - quartz

- 7 - porphyry dikes and an intrusive gabbro dike. The porphyry dikes were mineralized with up to 3% disseminated pyrite. A short section of basic volcanics (151.1 to 152.4) was mineralized with 10?; sulfides. An open bleached, vuggy, rusty fracture zone was encountered from 244 to 294 possibly representing a fault zone. Anomalous gold values of 108 and 140 P.P.B. were encountered in a fractured, silicified porphyry mineralized with disseminated pyrite. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 5 This hole was bored to extend Amooo's drill section up - ice. It encountered a sequence of basic volcanics intruded by feldspar porphyry dikes. The porphyry dikes are fractured, silicified and mineralized with disseminated pyrite. Ihe core was broken by a large number of luronite stained open fractures between 119 and 176 feet. Anomalous gold values of 426 P.P.B. were intersected in a fractured silicified porphyry mineralized with 2% disseminated pyrite. A section of basic volcanics mineralized with disseminated pyrite and quartz - carbonate veinlets yielded anomalous gold values of 212 P.P.B. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 6 This hole was bored to test Conductor F and to extend Amooo's drill section up - ice. It intersected a sequence of intermediate to basic tuffs and intermediate aglomerates. Abundant open fractures and vuggy sections were intersected possibly representing fault or fracture zone. Fairly abundant quartz carbonate stockwork zones mineralized with minor disseminated pyrite were encountered. A l foot section from 102 to 103 conposed of 401. quartz veinlets mineralized with 2% disseminated pyrite showed anomalous gold values of 226 P. P. B. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 7 hole was drilled to explore Conductor E. It intersected a broad carbonate zone, intruded by altered basic dikes. The carbonate zone is composed of carbonatized, sericitized bleached, locally hematized, buff coloured volcanic rocks. Many open fractures with fault gouge were encountered and the rock is locally porous and vuggy possibly representing a broad fault zone. Carbonatized rocks are locally silicified and mineralized with fine disseminated pyrite. Significant gold values were not encountered.

- 8 - DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 8 This hole was drilled to explore a magnetic anomaly which was originally interpreted as being a possible iron formation band. Rock types intersected include gabbro, feldspar porphyry and a magnetite bearing diabase sill which is believed to represent the bedrock source of the magnetic anomaly. The porphyrys are locally mineralized with disseminated pyrite and cut by silicified fractures. Gold values of significance were not encountered. DIAMOND DRILL HOLE NO. 9 This hole was drilled to explore Conductor N which is an electromagnetic anomaly coincident with a magnetic anomaly which extends in an east southeasterly direction for a strike length of approximately 1400 feet on the Amoco claim group. The hole intersected a sequence of Tuff - Exhalite chert zones, magnetite iron formation, and mafic volcanics all of which are intruded by narrow feldspar porphyry dikes. Elevated gold values are associated with bands of semi - massive pyrite - pyrrhotite in the cherty Tuff - Exhalite zones as follows: From 89 to PPB gold From 96.2 to PPB gold From to PPB From 203 to PPB From to PPB (porphyry) From to PPB These values are not of economic grade but are significant in that they indicate a gold bearing sulfide rich strata with good exploration potential.

- 9 - CONCLUSIONS AND PBCCMMENDftTIONS 1. Anomalous gold values were intersected in drill holes up - ice from the basal till anomaly but these values do not appear to be the bedrock source of the basal till anomaly. The bedrock source of the till anomaly was not located in the 1988 drilling program. The best gold values up - ice were intersected in hole no Significant gold values intersected in hole no. 9 are associated with semi massive pyrite - pyrrhotite in an exhalite - iron formation - tuff environment. Conductor N which is coincident with a magnetic anomaly appears to define the auriferous sulfide zone. Hole no. 9 is down ice from the basal till anomaly and therefore cannot be the bedrock source of the till anomaly. It is recommended that additional geophysical programs be carried out in the immediate area around D.D.H. No. 9 followed by additional diamond drilling to determine the extent and persistence of the gold values encountered in this hole. Respectfully submitted, E.W. Bazipet, P. Eng.
