Are feedbacks critical to Arctic change? Do physical changes greatly impact Arctic ecosystems and society? Which Arctic changes reflect basin-wide, decadal, and long-term processes? How are they coupled? Have Arctic feedbacks amplified these changes? What are the future Arctic change scenarios?
