3 ITO Slides Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) (In 2 O 3 SnO 2 ) coated glass slides have highly electrical conductivity yet with excellent transparency. It has been widely used in flat panel display and solar cells. The surface resistance of our ITO can be ranged from 8~100 Ohm/sq with the optical transmittance over 85%. Larger sized ITO glass is available upon request. Besides ITO glass, we also provide numerous surface functionalized glass slides including gold coating slides. 4 Carbone Nanotubes Our carbon nanotubes are made using a proprietary method either by CVD or Arc-discharge methods, with well controlled diameter, length as well as purity. A variety of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) can be provided with diameter in the range of 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 to 150 nm, with the length from 1 to 100 microns. Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT) have diameter of 2~10 nm, with the length from 50 nm to microns. Longer ones possible. Product Cat.
