Introucton Interor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM) ue to ts hgh torue power ensty, hgh power actor, we constant power spee range avantages n electrc vehcles, wn power, ral tracton, electrc spnle an other els has been wely use [1-3]. Electrc vehcle rve system can realze constant torue control at low spee,an can acheve we constant power spee at hgh spee. In aton, n the hgh spee tracton ral transportaton, vgorously pursue the IPMSM system we constant power spee, n orer to acheve the spee upgrae, thereore, n electrc tracton, the nteror permanent magnet synchronous motor or weak control, enhance the spee range o IPMSM, whch has an mportant sgncance [4-5].
