Key words refleced equaion; forward-backward SDE; G-Brownian moion; monoone coefficiens. 21 Mahemaics Subjec Classificaion 6H5, 6H1, 6H2 1 Inroducion Moivaed by uncerainy problems, risk measures and he superhedging in finance, Peng sysemically esablished a ime-consisen fully expecaion heory(see [14]). As a ypical and imporan case, Peng inroduced he G-expecaion heory(see [15, 16]). In he G-expecaion The work is suppored in par by a NSFC Gran No , NSFC Gran No wbj586@126.com.cn. 2 framework, he noion of G-Brownian moion and he corresponding sochasic calculus of Iô s ype were esablished. On ha basis, many properies and applicaions of he G-expecaion, G-Brownian moion and he G-sochasic calculus are sudied(see [3, 4]). On ha basis, some auhors are ineresed in he forward sochasic differenial equaion driven by G-Brownian moion (FGSDE), which has a similar form as is counerpar in he classical framework, however, holds in a q.s. sense: X = x+ b(s,x s )ds+ h(s,x s )d B s + σ(s,x s )db s, T, q.s., where B is he quadraic variaion of he G-Brownian moion B. Under he Lipschiz assumpions on he coefficiens b,h and σ, Peng [15] and Gao [4] have proved he wellposedness of such equaion wih he fixed-poin ieraion. Moreover, Bai and Lin [2] have sudied he case when coefficiens are inegral-lipschiz, Lin [1] considered he refleced GSDEs wih some good boundaries, Ren e al. [18] sudied sochasic funcional differenial equaion wih infinie delay driven by G-Brownian moion. On he basis of a series of sudies by Hu e al. [6] and Soner e al. [19] for he G-expecaion, Peng e al. [17] obained he complee represenaion heorem for G-maringale. Due o his conribuion, Hu e al. [7] obained he exisence, uniqueness, ime consisency and a priori esimaes of fully nonlinear backward sochasic differenial equaion driven by a given G-Brownian moion (BGSDE) under sandard Lipschiz condiions. Very recenly, Li and Peng [12] sudy he refleced soluion of he following backward sochasic differenial equaions driven by G-Brownian moion (RBGSDE) via penalizaion: Y = ξ + f(s,x s,y s,z s )ds+ g(s,x s,y s,z s )d B s Z s db s +(A T A ), Y L, { (Y s L s )da s } [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale. Under sandard Lipschiz condiions on f(s,y,z),g(s,y,z) in y,z and he L β G (Ω T)(β > 1) inegrabiliy condiion on ξ, here exiss a riple of processes (Y,Z,A) SG α (,T) saisfy above equaion for 2 α < β. Here, SG α (,T) denoe he collecion of process (Y,Z,A) such ha Y SG α(,t),z Hα G (,T), A is a coninuous nondecreasing process wih A = and A SG α(,t). I is known ha forward-backward equaions are encounered when one applies he sochasic maximum principle o opimal sochasic conrol problems. Such equaions are also encounered in he probabilisic inerpreaion of a general ype of sysems quasilinear PDEs, as well as in finance (see [5] for example). In he linear expecaion framework, Anonelli e al. [1] and Huang e al. [8] proved he exisence of he soluions for backward-forward SDEs and refleced forward-backward SDEs respecively. However, in he G-framework, as far as we know, here is no resul abou he refleced forward-backward sochasic differenial equaions driven by G-Brownian moion (RF- BGSDEs) in which he soluion of he BSDE says above a given barrier. One of he differences is ha he classical Skorohod condiion should be subsiued by a G-maringale condiion. Moreover, he comparison heorem wih respec o he increasing process {A } [,T] may no hold in G-framework. So some mahemaical properies of his RFBGSDE should be developed. 2
3 In his paper, we consider he solvabiliy of he following RFBGSDEs wih coninuous monoone coefficiens : X = x+ b(s,x s,y s )ds+ h(s,x s,y s )d B s + σ(s,x s)db s, Y = ξ + f(s,x s,y s,z s )ds+ g(s,x s,y s,z s )d B s Z s db s +(A T A ), (1.1) Y L, { (Y s L s )da s } [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale. We noice ha he coefficiens of he forward GSDE conain he soluion of he backward GSDE, so he forward GSDE and he backward GSDE are coupled ogeher. Moreover, he coefficiens only need o saisfy he linear growh condiion, bu do no need o saisfy he Lipschiz condiion. The res of his paper is organized as follows. In secion 2, we inroduce some noions and resuls in he G-framework which are necessary for wha follows. In secion 3, he exisence heorem is provided. 2 Preliminaries In his secion, we inroduce some noaions and preliminary resuls in G-framework which are needed in he following secions. More deails can be found in [3,4,15]. Le Ω T = C ([,T];R), he space of real valued coninuous funcions on [,T] wih w =, be endowed wih he disance d(w 1,w 2 ) := N=1 2 N (( max N w1 w 2 ) 1), and le B (w) = w be he canonical process. Denoe by F := {F } T he naural filraion generaed by B, L (Ω T ) be he space of all F-measurable real funcions. Le L ip (Ω T ) := {ϕ(b 1,...,B n ) : n 1, 1,..., n [,T], ϕ C b,lip (R n )}, where C b,lip (R n ) denoes he se of bounded Lipschiz funcions on R n. A sublinear funcional on L ip (Ω T ) saisfies: for all X,Y L ip (Ω T ), (i) Monooniciy: E[X] E[Y] if X Y. (ii) Consan preserving: E[C] = C for C R. (iii) Sub-addiiviy: E[X +Y] E[X]+E[Y]. (iv) Posiive homogeneiy: E[λX] = λe[x] for λ. The ripe (Ω,L ip (Ω T ),E) is called a sublinear expecaion space and E is called a sublinear expecaion. Definiion 2.1. A random variable X L ip (Ω T ) is G-normal disribued wih parameers (,[σ 2, σ 2 ]), i.e., X N(,[σ 2, σ 2 ]), if for each ϕ C b,lip (R), u(,x) := E[ϕ(x + X)] is a viscosiy soluion o he following PDE on R + R: u u +G( 2 x ) =, 2 u = ϕ(x), 3 (2.1)

We call a sublinear expecaion Ê : L ip(ω T ) R a G-expecaion if he canonical process B is a G-Brownian moion under Ê[ ], ha is, for each s T, he incremen B B s N(,[σ 2 ( s), σ 2 ( s)]) and for all n >, 1... n T and ϕ L ip (Ω T ), Ê[ϕ(B 1,...,B n 1,B n B n 1 )] = Ê[ψ(B 1,...,B n 1 )], where ψ(x 1,...,x n 1 ) := Ê[ϕ(x 1,...,x n 1, n n 1 B 1 )] and B 1 is G-normal disribued. Forp 1, wedenoe by L p G (Ω T) he compleion ofl ip (Ω T ) under he nauralnorm X p,g := (Ê[ X p ]) 1 p. Ê is a coninuous mapping on L ip (Ω T ) endowed wih he norm 1,G. Therefore, i can be exended coninuous o L 1 G (Ω T) under he norm X 1,G. Nex, we inroduce he Iô inegral of G-Brownian moion. Le M G (,T) be he collecion of processes in he following form: for a given pariion π T = {, 1,..., N } of [,T], se η (w) = N 1 k= ξ k (w)i [k, k+1 )(), where ξ k L ip (Ω k ),k =,1,...,N 1 are given. For p 1, we denoe by H p G (,T), Mp G (,T) he compleion of MG (,T) under he norm η H p G (,T) = {Ê[( η 2 d) p 2]} 1 p, η M p G (,T) = {Ê[ T η p d]} 1 p respecively. I is easy o see ha H 2 G (,T) = MG 2 (,T). Following Li and Peng [11], for each η H p G (,T) wih p 1, we can define Iô inegral η sdb s. Moreover, he following B-D-G inequaliy hold. Lemma 2.1. ( [4]) Le p 2 and η M p G (,T), hen we have σ p c p Ê[( η s 2 ds) p 2 ] Ê[ sup T where < c p < C p < are consans. η s db s p ] σ p C p Ê[( η s 2 ds) p 2 ], Le SG (,T) = {h(,b 1,...,B n ) :, 1,..., n [,T],h C b,lip (R n+1 )}. For p 1 and η SG (,T), se η S p G (,T) = (Ê[sup T η p ]) 1 p. Denoe by S p G (,T) he compleion of SG (,T) under he norm η S p G (,T). Definiion 2.3. Quadraic variaion process of G-Brownian moion defined by is a coninuous, nondecreasing process. B := B 2 2 B s db s For η M G (,T), define η sd B s = N 1 j= ξ j( B j+1 B j ) : M G (,T) L1 G (Ω T). The mapping is coninuous and can be exended o M 1 G (,T). 4
5 Lemma 2.2. ( [4,15]) Le p 1 and η M p G (,T), hen we have σ 2 Ê[ η d] Ê[ η d B ] σ 2 Ê[ η d], Ê[ sup T where C p > is a consan independen of η. η s d B s p ] σ p C pê[ η s p ds], Theorem 2.1. ( [3]) There exiss a weakly compac subse P M(Ω T ), he se of probabiliy measures on (Ω T,F T ), such ha P is called a se ha represens Ê. Ê[ξ] = max P P E P(ξ) for all ξ L 1 G(Ω T ). Le P be a weakly compac se ha represens Ê. For his P, we define capaciy c(a) = sup P(A),A F T. P P A se A Ω T is a polar se if c(a) =. A propery holds quasi-surely (q.s.) if i holds ouside a polar se. Lemma 2.3. ( [3]) Le {X n } n N L 1 G (Ω T) be such ha X n X q.s., hen Ê[Xn ] Ê[X]. In paricular, if X L 1 G (Ω T), hen Ê[ Xn X ], as n. Lemma 2.4. ( [2]) For any α 1, δ > and 1 < γ < β := (α+δ) α,γ 2, we have where Cβ γ Marin. Ê[ sup Ê [ ξ α ]] γ {(Ê ξ α+δ ) α 1 α+δ +14 γ Cβ (Ê ξ α+δ ) 1 γ }, ξ Lip (Ω T ), γ [,T] = i=1 i β γ, γ = γ γ 1. To ge he main resul of his paper, we need he following Lemma used by Lepelier-San Lemma 2.5. ( [13]) Le f : R m R be a coninuous funcion wih linear growh, ha is, here exis a consan M < such ha x R m, f(x) M(1+ x ). Then he sequence of funcions is well defined for n M and saisfies f n (x) = inf y Q p{f(y)+n x y } (i) linear growh: x R m, f n (x) M(1+ x ); (ii) monooniciy in n: x R m,f n (x) f n+1 (x); (iii) Lipschiz condiion: x,y R m, f n (x) f n (y) n x y ; (iv) srong convergence: if x n x, hen f n (x n ) f(x). 5
6 3 main resul Definiion 3.1. A quadruple of processes (X,Y,Z,A) is called a soluion of refleced FBGSDEs (1.1) if he following properies are saisfied: (i) X M 2 G (,T), (Y,Z,A) S2 G (,T); (ii) X = x+ b(s,x s,y s )ds+ h(s,x s,y s )d B s + σ(s,x s)db s, Y = ξ + f(s,x s,y s,z s )ds+ g(s,x s,y s,z s )d B s Z s db s +(A T A ); (iii) Y L, { (Y s L s )da s } [,T] is a non-increasing G-maringale. Inhesequel,wewillworkunderhefollowingassumpions: foranys [,T],w Ω,x,x,y,z R,β > 2: (H1) b(,x,y,z),h(,x,y,z),σ(,x) M 2 G (,T), f(,x,y,z),g(,x,y,z) Mβ G (,T); (H2) b,h are incresing in y and f,g are incresing in x; (H3) here exiss a consan M >, such ha b(s,x,y) h(s,x,y) M(1+ x + y ), f(s,x,y,z) g(s,x,y,z) M(1+ y + z ); σ(s,x) M(1+ x ), σ(s,x) σ(s,x ) M x x ; (H4) ξ L β G (Ω T) and ξ L T, q.s.. (H5) {L } [,T] S β G (,T) and here exiss a consan c such ha L c, for each [,T]; For noaional simplificaion, by Lemma 2.2, we only consider he case h = and g =. I.e., we consider he following equaion: X = x+ b(s,x s,y s )ds+ σ(s,x s)db s, Y = ξ + f(s,x s,y s,z s )ds Z s db s +(A T A ), Y L, { (Y s L s )da s } [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale. Bu he resuls sill hold for oher case. In he following, C always denoe a posiive consan which may change from line o line. Theorem 3.1. Suppose ha ξ, b, f, σ saisfy (H1)-(H4), L saisfies (H5). Then he RFBGSDE (3.1) has a leas one soluion (X,Y,Z,A). Proof ieraion: (3.1) In order o consruc a soluion of (3.1), our basic idea is o consider he following X n = x+ b(s,xn s,ys n )ds+ σ(s,xn s)db s, Y n = ξ + f(s,x s n 1,Ys n,zn s )ds Z s ndb s +(A n T An ), Y n L,{ s L s )da n s} [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale. (Y n 6 (3.2)
7 We will show ha he limi of he sequence {(X n,y n,z n,a n )} n N verifies equaions (3.1). Le us consider he following wo sandard refleced backward G-sochasic differenial equaions: and Sep 1: Consrucion of he saring poin. Y = ξ K (1+ Y s + Zs )ds T ZsdB s +(A T A ), Y L,{ s L s)da s } [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale (Y U = ξ +K (1+ U s + V s )ds V s db s +(N T N ), U L,{ (U s L s )dn s } [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale, where K > is a consan. By virue of he Lipschiz propery of he coefficiens ±K(1+ y + z ), hanks o Theorem 5.1 in [12], each one has an unique soluion denoed by (Y,Z,A ) and (U,V,N) respecively. More precisely, (Y,Z,A ),(U,V,N ) SG α (,T) for 2 α < β, such ha { (Y s L s)da s } [,T],{ (U s L s )dn s } [,T] are non-increasing G- maringale. By he comparison heorem in [12], we know ha for all [,T], Y U, q.s.. Sep 2: Consrucion of X. Now, we consider he forward equaion where Y is he soluion of (3.3). (3.3) X = x+ b(s,xs,y s )ds+ σ(s,xs )db s, (3.4) Le {b k (s,x,y)} k be he sequence defined in Lemma 2.5. hen we can conclude ha he following GSDE has a unique soluion X,k MG 2(,T) by he lipschiz propery of b k, i.e., X,k = x+ b k (s,x,k s,y s )ds+ σ(s,x,k s )db s. (3.5) Moreover, by he comparison heorem in [9] and Lemma 2.5, we know ha for [,T], X,k X,k+1 S, where S MG 2 (,T) is he unique soluion of he following GSDE: S = x+k (1+ S s + U s )ds+ σ(s,s s )db s. Acually, by Corollary 3.2 in chaper V of [15], we know ha X,k,S SG 2 (,T). So here exiss a lower semi-coninuous process X SG 2 (,T) such ha X,k X as k, q.s.. Noice ha X,k,X S2 G (,T), which obviously belong o a larger space L2 G (,T). Then by he downward monoone convergence heorem (Lemma 2.3), we have Ê[ X,k X 2 ] as k. By Lemma 2.5 and he dominaed convergence heorem wih respec o, we have Ê[ b k (s,xs,k,ys ) b(s,xs,y s ) 2 ds] Ê[ b k (s,x,k s,y s ) b k (s,x s,y s ) 2 ds]+ê[ 7 b k (s,x s,y s ) b(s,x s,y s ) 2 ds]
8 as k. C Ê[ Xs,k Xs 2 ]ds+ Ê[ b k (s,xs,y s ) b(s,x s,y s ) 2 ]ds, (3.6) On he oher hand, since σ(s.xs,k ) σ(s.xs ) M X,k s Xs, hen according o Lemma 2.1, we have as k. Ê[ sup T σ(s,xs,k ) σ(s,xs) 2 ds] C Ê Xs,k Xs 2 ds, Now aking limi on boh side of (3.5), hen we obain ha he coninuous process {X } [,T] saisfies (3.4). Sep 3: Consrucion of (X n,y n,z n,a n ). We focus on (X 1,Y 1,Z 1,A 1 ). Firs, based on X, we can consruc Y 1. In fac, denoe f 1 (s,w,y,z) = f(s,x s(w),y,z), hen one can easily check ha f 1 (s,w,y,z) K(1+ y + z ). Define once again fk 1 (s,w,y,z) he approximaing sequence in Lemma 2.5, hen by Theorem 5.1 in [12], for 2 α < β, we have a unique riple (Y 1,k,Z 1,k,A 1,k ) SG α (,T) saisfying Y 1,k Y 1,k = ξ + fk 1 1,k (s,w,ys,zs 1,k )ds Zs 1,k db s +(A 1,k T A1,k ), L,{ 1,k (Y s L s )da 1,k s } [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale. Moreover, by he comparison heorem in [12], we have Y Y 1,k Y 1,k+1 U, [,T], q.s.. Then i is easy o see ha here exiss a consan C independen of k, such ha and By Proposiion 3.1 in [12], we have (3.7) Ê[ sup Y 1,k α ] C. (3.8) T Ê[( Zs 1,k 2 ds) α 2 ] C {Ê[ sup Y 1,k α ]+M α 2 ( Ê[ sup Y 1,k α ]) 1 2 } C (3.9) T T where C is a consan. Ê[ A 1,k T α ] C α {Ê sup Y 1,k α +(MT) α } C, (3.1) T As {Y 1,k } k 1 is an increasing sequence, we denoe he limi by Y 1. I is easy o see ha Y 1 Y for each [,T]. Moreover, by Faou s lemma, we have Y 1 SG α (,T). Hence, by he dominaed convergence heorem wih respec o, we have Ê Y 1,k s Y 1 s α ds, 8
9 as k. i.e., Y 1,k Y 1 in MG α (,T). In he following, we can show ha his convergence holds in S α G (,T). Applying G-Iô s formula o ( Y 1,k Y 1,j 2 ) α 2, we know ha Y 1,k Y 1,j α + α 2 = α(1 α 2 ) +α +α α α +α +α α ( Y 1,k Y 1,j 2 ) α 2 1 Z 1,k s 2 d B s ( Y 1,k Y 1,j 2 ) α 2 2 (Y 1,k Y 1,j ) 2 Z 1,k s 2 d B s ( Ys 1,k Ys 1,j 2 ) α 2 1 (Ys 1,k Ys 1,j )[fk 1 1,k (s,w,ys,zs 1,k ) fj 1 1,j (s,w,ys,zs 1,j )]ds ( Y 1,k s 2 ) α 2 1 (Y 1,k s )d(a 1,k s A 1,j s ) ( Y 1,k s 2 ) α 2 1 (Y 1,k s )(Z 1,k s )db s Y 1,k s α 1 f 1 k(s,w,y 1,k s,z 1,k s ) f 1 j(s,w,y 1,j s,z 1,j s ) ds ( Y 1,k s 2 ) α 2 1 (Y 1,k s ) + da 1,k s ( Y 1,k s 2 ) α 2 1 (Y 1,k s ) da 1,j s ( Y 1,k s 2 ) α 2 1 (Y 1,k s )(Z 1,k s )db s. (3.11) Le M j,k = α 1,k ( Y s Ys 1,j 2 ) α 2 1 (Ys 1,k Ys 1,j ) + da 1,k s α 1,k ( Y s Ys 1,j 2 ) α 2 1 (Ys 1,k Ys 1,j ) das 1,j +α 1,k ( Ys Ys 1,j 2 ) α 2 1 (Ys 1,k Ys 1,j )(Zs 1,k Zs 1,j )db s. Since hen (Y 1,k s ) + (Y 1,k s L s ), (Y 1,k s ) + da 1,k s (Y 1,k s L s )A 1,k s, which implies {M j,k } [,T] is a G-maringale. We rewrie (3.11) as M j,k T Mj,k + Y 1,k Y 1,j α + α 2 α Y 1,k Y 1,j α 2 Z 1,k s 2 d B s Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α 1 fk 1 1,k (s,w,ys,zs 1,k ) fj 1 1,j (s,w,ys,zs 1,j ) ds. Taking condiional expecaion on boh side, we obain Y 1,k Y 1,j α + α 2Ê[ αê[ Y 1,k Y 1,j α 2 Z 1,k s 2 d B s ] Y 1,k s α 1 f 1 k(s,w,y 1,k s,z 1,k s ) f 1 j(s,w,y 1,j s,z 1,j s ) ds]. (3.12) 9
10 By Lemma 2.4, for < ε < 4 α 3α 4, we have Ê[ sup Y 1,k Y 1,j α ] T αê[ α(ê [Ê sup [,T] α(ê Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α 2 Y 1,k s Ys 1,j α 2 1 fk 1 1,k (s,w,ys,zs 1,k ) fj 1 1,j (s,w,ys,zs 1,j ) ds]1+ε Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α ds) 1+ε 2 Y 1,k Y 1,j α 2 ( Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α ds) 1+ε 2 {(Ê[ sup Y 1,k Y 1,j α ]) 1 2 ( Ê[ [,T] fk 1 1,k (s,w,ys,zs 1,k ) fj 1 1,j (s,w,ys,zs 1,j ) 2 ds) 1+ε 1 ε 1 ε ] 2 fk 1 1,k (s,w,ys,zs 1,k ) fj 1 1,j (s,w,ys,zs 1,j ) 2 ds] 2(1+ε) 1 1 ε 1 ε ) 2 } 2. By (3.8)-(3.1) and Lemma 2.5, i is easy o see ha he second erm in he above formula is bounded. Then we have Ê[ sup Y 1,k Y 1,j α ] C(Ê T Y 1,k s α ds) 1+ε 2, (3.13) as j,k. Thus {Y 1,k } k N is a Cauchay sequence in SG α 1 (,T) wih he limi Y. Le α = 2 in (3.11), by Lemma 2.2, we have σ 2 + Zs 1,k Zs 1,j 2 ds C{ Ys 1,k Ys 1,j fk(s,w,y 1 s 1,k,Zs 1,k ) fj(s,w,y 1 s 1,j,Z 1,j Y 1,k s d(a 1,j s +A 1,k s ) C{ sup Ys 1,k Ys 1,j [,T] + sup Ys 1,k Ys 1,j ( A 1,j T + A1,k [,T] By Lemma 2.1, for any ε >, we obain Ê[( (Y 1,k s )(Z 1,k s )db s } f 1 k(s,w,y 1,k s,z 1,k s ) f 1 j(s,w,y 1,j s,z 1,j s ) ds T ) (Y 1,k s )(Z 1,k s )db s ) α 2 ] C Ê[( C(Ê[ sup Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α ]) 1 2 ( Ê[( [,T] s ) ds (Y 1,k s )(Z 1,k s )db s }, (3.14) Z 1,k s 2 ds) α 2 ]) 1 2 (Y 1,k s ) 2 (Z 1,k s )2 ds) α 4 ] C T sup Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α 4εÊ[ ]+CεÊ[( Zs 1,k Zs 1,j 2 ds) α 2 ]. (3.15) [,T] By (3.8)-(3.1) and he Hölder inequaliy, choosing ε small enough, i follows from (3.14) ha Ê[( Zs 1,k Zs 1,j 2 ds) α 2 ] 1

C{Ê sup Ys 1,k Ys 1,j α +Ê[( Zs 1,k Zs 1,j 2 ds) α 2 ]}, (3.18) T as k,j, which implies ha {A 1,k } k is a Cauchy sequence in SG α (,T). We denoe is limi as A 1, i.e. Ê[sup T A 1,k A 1 α ] as k. I is easy o see ha A 1 = and A1 is a nondecreasing process, since he sequence {A 1,k } k have he propery. Taking limi on boh side of (3.7), hen we have Y 1 = ξ + f 1 (s,w,ys 1,Z1 s )ds Zs 1 db s +A 1 T A1. (3.19) Moreover, (Y 1,Z 1,A 1 ) SG α (,T), 2 α < β. In he following i remains o prove ha { (Y s 1 L s)da 1 s } [,T] is a non-increasing G- maringale. Noice ha{ 1,k (Y L )da 1,k } [,T] is anon-increasingg-maringale. ByHölder inequaliy, (3.1), (3.13) and (3.18), i follows ha Ê[ sup T Ê[ sup T (Y 1,k L )da 1,k (Y 1 Y1,k )da 1,k ( ]+Ê[ sup T (Y 1 L )da 1 ) ] 11 (Y 1 L )d(a 1 A1,k ) ]

Finally we obain a riple (Y 1,Z1,A1 ) Sα G (,T) saisfying he following equaion: Y 1 = ξ + f 1 (s,w,y s 1,Z1 s )ds Z s 1dB s +(A 1 T A1 ), Y 1 L,{ (3.2) s L s )da 1 s} [,T] is a non-increasing G maringale. (Y 1 Nex, using he same mehod as ha on X, we can consruc X 1 based on Y 1. Moreover, since b is monoonic on y and Y Y 1, we have hrough he comparison on GSDEs ha X X 1. Repeaing he same procedure, we ge he exisence of a sequence (X n,y n,z n,a n ) which is a soluion of (3.2) and for any T, n N, X n Xn+1 S, L Y n Y n+1 U,q.s.. Moreover, X n MG 2(,T),(Y n,z n,a n ) SG α(,t), An is a nondecreasing process wih A n =, where in each sep of ieraion, we denoe f n (s,w,y,z) = f(s,xs n 1,y,z). By he G-Iô s formula o e λ Y n c 2, here c is he consan in (H5) and λ > is a consan, we have MT n M n +e λ Y n c 2 +λ e λs Ys n c 2 ds+ e λs Zs n 2 d B s e λt ξ c 2 +2 e λs (Y n c)f(s,xs,y n s n,zs)ds n (3.21) where M n = eλs (Y n c)zs ndb s eλs Y n c da n s. We claim ha {Mn } [,T] is a G- maringale. Indeed, noe ha Thus we can conclude ha Ê[ Ys n c dan s (Ys n L )da n s. Y n s c dan s ] Ê[ I follows ha {M n } [,T] is a G-maringale. 13 e λt ξ c 2 +M e λs (c+1) 2 ds (3.22) Taking condiional expecaion on boh side of (3.22), we have Ê [ e λs Zs n 2 d B s ] 2Ê[e λt ξ c 2 ]+2Ê[M e λs (c+1) 2 ds]. (3.23) Taking expecaion on boh side of (3.23), we have σ 2 Ê[ e λs Zs n 2 ds] 2Ê[eλT ξ c 2 ]+2Ê[M e λs (c+1) 2 ds] < C, (3.24) where C is a consan independen of n, which implies ha {Z n } [,T] is a bounded process in MG 2 (,T) independen of n. Obviously, since {X n} n N and {Y n} n N are increasing and bounded, hen here exis wo semi-coninuous processes {X } [,T] and {Y } [,T] such ha X = lim n Xn, Y = lim Y n n. Moreover, we have X n X and Y n Y as n. Noice ha {X n} n N and {Y n} n N are bounded by S and U respecively, which imply ha X,Y SG 2 (,T). They also belong o L 2 G (Ω T), which is a larger space. Thanks o he Lemma 2.3, we have Ê[ X n X 2 ], Ê[ Y n Y 2 ], (3.25) as n. Therefore, by he Lebesgue dominaed convergence wih respec o, we have Ê[ X n X 2 ]d, Ê[ Y n Y 2 ]d, as n, which imply ha X n X,Y n Y in M 2 G (,T). Now aking he limi on he firs equaion in (3.2) and using he same mehod as ha on X, we conclude ha X MG 2(,T),Y M2 G (,T) is a soluion o he following forward GSDE: X = x+ which also implies ha X is coninuous in. b(s,x s,y s )+ σ(s,x s )db s, (3.26) Le us focus on he backward equaion par of (3.2). For any n 1, we have Y n = ξ + f(s,xs n 1,Ys n,zs)ds n ZsdB n s +(A n T A n ). By (3.24), here exiss a real posiive consan C independen of n such ha Ê[ Zn 2 d] C. Thereforehe sequence {Z n } n N is a Cauchy ype in MG 2 (,T). Acually, applyingg-iô s formula o Y m Y n 2, we can obain Y m Y n 2 + Z m s Z n s 2 d B s 13
14 = (Y m s Y n (Y m s Y n (Y m s Y n s )[f(s,xm 1 s,ys m,zm s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s )]ds s )d(am s An s ) 2 (Y m Y n )(Zm s Zn s )db s s )[f(s,xm 1 s,ys m,zm s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s )]ds (Y m s Y n s )+ da m +2 (Y m s Y n s ) da n s 2 (Y m s Y n s )(Zm s Zn s )db s. (3.27) Le M m,n = 2 (Y s m Ys n )(Zs m Zs)dB n s 2 (Y s m Ys n ) + da m 2 (Y s m Ys n ) da n s, which is a G-maringale. Then we have M m,n T 2 M m,n Taking expecaion we may conclude σ 2 Ê[ ( + Y m Y n 2 + Zs m Zs n 2 d B s (Ys m Ys n )[f(s,xs m 1,Ys m,zs m ) f(s,xs n 1,Ys n,zs)]ds. n Zs m Zs n 2 ds] Ê[ Zs m Zs n 2 d B s ] Ê Y m s Y n s 2 ds) 1 2 ( Ê f(s,xs m 1,Y m s,zs m ) f(s,xs n 1,Ys n,zs) n 2 ds) 1 2, (3.28) Noice ha f(,x,y,z) K(1 + y + z ), {Z n } n N is bounded in M 2 G (,T), {Xn } n N and {Y n } n N are bounded by he process S and U respecively, hen he second facor in above inequaliy is bounded by consan independen of m and n. Therefore, {Z n } n N is a Cauchy sequence in MG 2(,T) hrough he convergence of {Y n } n N o Y in MG 2 (,T). So le us se Z := lim n Z n in MG 2(,T). By (3.2), we have Thus A n = Y n Yn f(s,xs n 1,Ys n,zn s )ds+ Z n s db s. Ê[ A m A n 2 ] 4{Ê[ Y m +T Y n 2 ]+ Y m Y n 2 ] Ê f(s,xs m 1,Ys m,zm s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s ) 2ds+Ê[ (Z m Z n )db 2 ]} =: 4(I 1 +I 2 +I 3 ). (3.29) By (3.25), we have as m,n. I 1 Ê[ Y m Y 2 ]+Ê[ Y n Y 2 ]+Ê[ Y m Y 2 ]+Ê[ Y n Y 2 ], (3.3) 14
15 By Lemma 2.1 and {Z n } n N is a Cauchy sequence in MG 2 (,T), we have as m,n. I 3 σ 2 Ê[ Z m Z n 2 ds], (3.31) By Lemma 2.5 and{x n } n N, {Y n } n N and {Z n } n N are convergence in M 2 G (,T) I 2 3T + + Ê[ f(s,xs m 1,Ys m,zm s ) f k(s,xs m 1,Ys m,zm s ) 2 ]ds Ê[ f k (s,xs m 1,Y m Ê[ f k (s,xs n 1,Y n s,zm s ) f k(s,xs n 1,Ys n,zn s ) 2 ]ds as k,m,n, where f k is he sequence defined in Lemma 2.5. s,zn s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s ) 2 ]ds, (3.32) Combining (3.29)-(3.32), hen {A n } n N is a Cauchy sequence in L 2 G (Ω T). Le us se A := lim n A n in L2 G (Ω T). From his, we can show ha {Y n } n N is a Cauchy sequence in S 2 G (Ω T). Acually, by (3.27), we have Ê[ sup Y m Y n 2 ] T = 2Ê[ (Ys m Ys n )(f(s,xm 1 s,ys m,zm s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s ))ds] +2Ê[ 2(Ê[ (Y m s Y n s )d(am s An s )]+2Ê[ Y m Y n 2 ds]) 1 2 ( Ê[ +2Ê[ sup Y m Y n Am T An T ]+2Ê[( T 2(Ê[ Y m Y n 2 ds]) 1 2 ( Ê[ (Y m Y n )(Zm s Zn s )db s] f(s,xs m 1,Ys m,zm s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s ) 2 ds]) 1 2 Y m s Y n s 2 Z m s Zn s 2 ds) 1 2 ] f(s,xs m 1,Ys m,zm s ) f(s,xn 1 s,ys n,zn s ) 2 ds]) 1 2 +εê[ sup Y m Y n 2 ]+ 1 T εê[ Am T A n 2 T ]+εê[ sup Y m Y n 2 ]+ 1 T εê[ Zs m Zs n 2 ds], where in he above inequaliies we have used he Hölder inequaliy, Lemma 2.1 and Young inequaliy. Choosing ε small enough, hen we have Ê sup Y m Y n 2 T C(Ê[ Y m Y n 1 2 ds) 1 2 ]+ εê[ Am T An T 2 ]+ 1 εê[ Zs m Zn s 2 ds], (3.33) as m,n, which implies ha Y n Y in SG 2 (,T) as n. Going back o (3.29), i is easy o see ha A n A in SG 2 (,T) as n. 15
16 By (H3), Lemma 2.5 and he convergence of {X n } n N,{Y n } n N,{Z n } n N, similar o ha in (3.32), we have Ê[ Taking limi on boh side of (3.2), hen we have Y = ξ + f(s,xs n 1,Ys n,zs) f(s,x n s,y s,z s ) 2 ds] (3.34) f(s,x s,y s,z s )ds Z s db s +A T A q.s.. (3.35) Togeher wih (3.26), hen he process (X,Y,Z,A) saisfy (3.1). Moreover, X M 2 G (,T), (Y,Z,A ) SG 2(,T). In he following, i remains o prove ha { (Y s L s )da s } [,T] is a non-increasing G- maringale. Noe ha { L )da n } [,T] is a non-increasing G-maringale. Moreover, Ê[ sup T Ê[ sup T (Y n (Y n L )da n ( (Y L )da ) ] (Y Y n )da n ]+Ê[ sup T (Y L )d(a A n ) ] (Ê[ sup Y Y n 2 ]) 1 2 ]( Ê[ A n T 2 ]) 1 2 +( Ê[ sup Y L 2 ]) 1 2 ( Ê[ A T A n T 2 ]) 1 2, (3.36) T T as n, which implies ha { (Y L )da } [,T] is a non-increasing G-maringale. Furhermore, we have he following resul. Theorem 3.2. Suppose ha ξ,b,h,f,g,σ saisfy (H1)-(H4), L saisfies (H5). Then he RF- BGSDE (1.1) has a leas one soluion (X,Y,Z,A). Remark 3.1. The same proof works also when he erminal condiion ξ is replaced by Φ(ξ), where Φ is a coninuous bounded increasing funcion. Remark 3.2. In our assumpions, f has sublinear growh independen of x. If we assume ha f(,x,y,z) M(1+ x + y + z ), [,T] x,y,z R, hen b should have a sunlinear growh independen of y, i.e. b(s,x,y) M(1+ x ). We can also consruc a sequence of Lipschiz-coninuous funcions o approximae hem. However, in his case, we should firs consruc a soluion of some forward GSDEs, which is differen from ha in his paper.
