The CARICD invites sealed quotations from reputed, financially sound and experienced 2. General information about the tender:- a) Tender Reference No. F.No.4-47/ 2017-CARICD/Admn b) Last date and time for receipt o f Tenders 07/05/2018 upto 2.00 PM c) Time and date of opening of Technical Bid 07/05/2018 at 2.30 PM d) Place of opening of Tenders Conference Hall, Ground Floor, CARICD, Road No.66, Punjabi Bagh (West), New D elhi The Tender shall be submitted in two bid system, technical bid and financial bid:- i. Technical bid (as per Annexure-I) consisting o f all technical details; and ii. Financial bid (as per Annexure-II) indicating item-wise for the items mentioned in the technical bid. Technical bid and the financial bid should be sealed by the bidder in separate covers duly superscribed and both these sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and duly supersubscribed Purchase o f Computed Radiography (CR) System. sealed Tenders may be put in the Tender Box placed in the room of P.S. to Director on the ground floor or by post at the aforesaid address by the due date and time. Tenders received late w ill be rejected outright. 4. The tenders shall be subject to the following conditions:- i. The rates should be firm for a period of six months from the date of opening of tender and should be given in the enclosed format regarding Purchase o f Computed Radiograp ly (CR) System. n. Each bidder should submit an EMD o f '10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) alongwith the Technical bid as given Annexure-I. EMD should be in the form of Demand Draft, drawn in favour of ACRI, New Delhi. The E.M.D. will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the bids are finalized. The

The bidder must furnish list of clients in Govt./Semi Govt. Sectors with address, name of contact person and contact numbers where they have supplied such equipment. v. The bidding firm should not have been blacklisted by any Govt./Semi Govt. /Semi. Govt. Deptt., therefore, bidder should furnish an U ndertaking to this effect that any Govt./Semi. Deptt. /Office has not blacklisted their firm/agency. vi. The bidder must have GST No. and PAN number (copies of the Certificates/Card should be enclosed as a proof), if the same is applicable to his firm. vii. The bidder shall quote/indicate the rate for said equipment (in Indian Rupees) offered by viii. ix. it in the Proforma for Financial Bid attached with this tender notice at A nnexure-ii. The specification of said equipment may be seen at A nnexure-iii. The firm should not handover execution of order to any other/sister firm(s) and in such a case it will amount to violation of contract and may entail cancelation of contract and forfeiture o f E.M.D. x. The tenders will be opened on stipulated date and time in the presence of the tenderers or xi. xii. xiii. their authorized representatives who may like to be present. If any tenderer withdraws his tender before the expiry of the period fixed for keeping the rates firm for acceptance, the earnest money, if any, deposited will be forfeited and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained thereafter. In case where a successful tenderer, does not supply the item in full or in time the Institute may at its discretion purchase the item from the next higher tenderer and the loss, if any, caused to the Institute due to increased rates shall be borne by the defaulting tenderer.
