3 1. INTRODUCTION: The Cook South property (claim ) ofst Andrew Goldfields Ltd (SAG) is composed of two units with a total Of32 hectares or 80 acres. The property is located in the northwest central part of Cook Township about 5 kilometers east of Ramore and 3 kilometers south of Holtyre, Ontario centered at Zone 17, UTM E, N (NAD 27 within the Larder Lake Mining Division. Please see Figure 1 In mid June, 2008, a program of outcrop sampling was carried out on claim The one day program was initiated as an addition to the 2004 recon mapping-prospecting program which identified sulphide bearing rocks in the south east comer of the property but no sampling was carried out. LOCATION AND ACCESS: Access to the property is generally good as two gravel/paved roads stop within 600 meters of the northwest and southeast comers of the claim. The best access is provided by taking Ferguson Road parallel to the rail line in Ramore to Lava Mountain Road. Proceed along Lava Mountain Road for approximately 5.0 kilometers until the old DEW line base of Lava Mountain is reached. At the old military base, continue along Lava Mountain Road for another 2.0 kilometers until a gate is reached. At this point continue by foot or A TV until the top of Lava Road is reached. A 600 meter walk northward will allow access to the southeast part of the claim. The northwest part of the claim can also be reached via Lava Mountain Road. A left tum is made at Falcon Road from Lava Mountain Road. Proceed along Falcon Road for 1.5 kilometers. At 1.5 kilometers, a right tum (east) is made onto Hawk Road. Proceed along Hawk Road (east) for approximately 2.4 kilometers until a farm is reached. At this point, a 600 meter low lying swampy trail leads to the northwest part of the property. See Figure 2. PREVIOUS WORK: In July 2004, St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. carried out a geology and prospecting program on claim in Cook Township. The property was recon mapped at a 1 :5000 scale. The mapping outlined three mafic outcrops in the east and southern boundaries of the claim block. Two outcrops were mapped as mafic volcanic flows and the third as gabbro. Because of a thick mossy cover over two thirds of the property, neither float nor outcrop was discovered. No samples were taken during this recon mapping/prospecting program. In March 2006, St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. carried out a line gridding program and a ground magnetic survey on claim A total of 9.1 kilometers of line gridding was completed. The grid lines were hip-chained, compassed and flagged every 25 meters and ranged in length from 450 to 650 meters. The grid lines were chained every 50 meters.

6 2. The ground magnetic survey was completed using a GEM GSM-19 magnetometer. This survey totalled 9.1 kilometers with readings taken every 5.0 meters. A total of 6.2 kilometers was actually carried out within the boundaries of claim The north half of the property showed linear E-W trending moderate to strong magnetic signatures which most likely represents magnetic and non-magnetic Kinojevis Group mafic volcanic flows. The south half of the property showed a magnetic depression which may represent metasediment interflows within the mafic group of rocks. The south west and south east parts of the property showed narrow linear E-W trending magnetic highs which most likely represents gabbroic rock types as seen in the 2004 mapping program. REGIONAL GEOLOGY: Claim is located within the Abitibi-Sub-province of the Superior Province of the Canadian Precambrian Shield. The volcanic, sedimentary and intrusive rocks in the Subprovince are all Archean age except the late diabasic dikes. Keewatin type volcanics flows are the oldest rocks in the region. Their composition varies from basaltic to rhyolitic. They are intercalated with pyroclastic and sedimentary units. Timiskaming type sediments are found locally within the volcanic pile. Rocks of the region are metamorphosed to greenschist facies and are affected by a steeply dipping, east-west striking foliation. Concordant and discordant intrusives occur throughout the region. They form bodies of various shapes and sizes, with compositions that vary from ultrabasic to granitic. The most prominent structural feature in the vicinity of Cook Township is the Destor Porcupine Fault Zone (DPFZ) and the Hislop Fault which is an N-S splay. The DPFZ and its many fault splays are closely associated with granitic intrusives and mafic dikes. Numerous gold deposits are spatially related to these fault zones. PROPERTY GEOLOGY: Over two thirds of the west and central parts of the property are underlain by variable depths of sand and clay overburden. No known drilling has been carried out in this or other parts of the property. Therefore bedrock geology is not known in this area. However, sparse outcrops in the east and south east parts of the property show mafic volcanic flows and gabbro from the SAG 2004 recon mapping and prospecting program. Regionally, the property is located within a group of meta volcanics termed the Kinojevis Group (Jensen & Langford, 1985). This group of volcanic rocks consist primarily of iron rich to magnesium rich tholeiitic basalts, most of which are pillowed to massive flows. The iron rich components of the volcanic pile commonly have elevated magnetic signatures. Therefore, they are readily distinguished on magnetic surveys as are the inferred Fe rich volcanics outlined in the 2006 ground magnetic survey carried out on the property by SAG.

SAMPLING PROGRAM: This sampling program was initiated as a follow-up to the SAG sponsored 2004 recon mapping and prospecting program that failed to take grab samples even though sulphides were identified in outcrop. The sampling program took place on June 27,2008. The program was conducted by the author with the help of Jonathan Roy (field man). Ingress and egress was over 2 hours by quad and walking due to the swampy conditions with an additional 1.5 hours of road travel time from the Shillington area. Approximately 5.5 hours was spent locating and sampling the outcrops. Maps and diagrams were generated by Vince Berard and Dan Dunstan both of SAG. A total of nine (9) grab/chip samples were collected from the sparse outcrop exposure in the SE comer of the property. See Figure 3 for sample locations. Samples were sent to Swastika Labs in Swastika, Ontario for gold assaying. All the samples were mafic in composition. Most samples were green grey, fine grained and massive. Samples were generally massive mafic flows, pillowed flows and flow top brecccia. Sample was somewhat coarser grained and gabbroic appearing. This outcrop may just be a coarser mafic flow. Sample 1505 was moderately to strongly magnetic. It may be a Fe rich flow whereas the other non magnetic mafic samples are magnesium rich tholeiitic flows-both of which are common within the Kinojevis Group of mafic volcanic rocks. Most samples exhibited increased chloritic and or amphibolitic alteration-greenschist facies, which suggests weak metamorphism possibly due to proximity to an intrusive body. Sample 1501 was a flow breccia with minor quartz-carbonate (ankerite) stringers. The outcrop was somewhat lighter green, hard and increasingly silicified. Generally most outcrops were massive but local weak foliation/shear foliation was seen in some outcrops. Foliations were from 112 to 118 degrees ESE. Please see Figure 4 for SAG Lithological Legend. Sample was taken from a rubble pile of an old, blasted exploration pit/trench. This pit/trench is located at the western most end of a long E-W trending outcrop which leads to a large swamp. Sample was a homogenous appearing mafic flow showing no noticeable alteration, veining or sulphides. No explanation can be given for placing the pit/trench in that location. Please see Figure 5 for sample descriptions. Returning gold assay values were disappointing but altogether not unexpected for unaltered, near homogenous appearing mafic volcanics. Gold values no greater than 0.02 g/tonne were taken from samples 15102, 15104, and These samples showed minor suiphides, weak silicification or flow top brecciation. 12 4. CONCLUSION: The sampling program conducted on Cook Township claim was successful in finding and sampling outcrops discovered and mapped during the 2004 recon program. Although gold values taken from mafic volcanic outcrops in the SE comer of the property were disappointing, this area reflects only 30% of the property area. Over 70% of the property is underlain by mossy and spruce bog overburden. The sparse mafic volcanic outcrop in the higher relief southeast comer of the property is part of Lava Flow Mountain to the south. The center of the property shows a linear west-north-west trending moderate to magnetic high parallel to a magnetic low on the 2006 ground magnetic survey. This zone may be interpreted as a fault and may reflect a splay off the Phoenix Fault which trends SW from the Holt Mine in Holloway Township.
