5 Introduction The Michikamats property consists of 13 licences, enclosing 622 claims located in the province of Newfoundland, at the south proximity of the border between the provinces of Quebec and Newfoundland. The property was staked in 2010 to cover a large circular magnetic anomaly which may be an intrusive with a possible rare earth elements (REE) potential. This report describes exploration work carried out on the property in Location and access The Michikamats property is mainly located in 23I09 and 23I10map areas and slightly overlap 23I08 map. The property is situated about 150 kilometres north of the town of Churchill Falls on the Reservoir Smallwood area. (Figure I). No road passes near by the property (Figure 2). Access may be obtained from float plane or helicopter. The property consists in 622 mining claims regrouped in 13 licences and covers a total of 141 km 2. The licences are M, M, M, M, M, M, M, M, M, M, M, M and M. Detailed description about theses are shown on table 1. 3

7 Previous work This property was claimed to verify a magnetic circular anomaly unknown before the survey. The last geophysical survey was done in 2009 and available on Dumont et al. ( DP ). Furthermore, around 50 geochemical samples (lake sediments) were collected on and around the property. The results from the last study are available on OFLAB465. Geology and mineralization According to the regional geological map (figure 4), the Michikamats property is mainly underlain by early mesoproterozoic monzonite, charnockite and granite units. A large arkose - quartzite formation is layout to the East while some granite and granodiorite are found to the West. Structural fabric of the property sector is mainly oriented NS. No showings or mineralization are known on this property. However, around twelve (12) of the sediment samples from McConnell (2009) show some light Rare Earth Element (LREE) anomalies between 200 and 575 ppm REE (Figure 5). The main lithology observed during the 2010 exploration program was coarse - grained to pegmatitic syenite to granitic intrusions. Those intrusions show from low to strong magnetic susceptibility where the global macroscopic variation pattern is mainly concentric or circular. Low to strong carbonates alterations were observed in the granitic intrusions. Some rocks were so altered (orange to brownorange) that it was sometime hard to describe. Some structural measures were taken during the prospection and it seems that the foliation orientation could be similar to the circular magnetic anomalies and the inclination seems to pass from 50 degrees to 90 degrees from the border to the center of the magnetic anomalies. These possible circular foliation orientations could be the results of a collapsing zone. 5

13 Prospecting 2010 Prospecting on the Michikamats property was conducted during 8 days (2 for transportation). Rock (grab) samples were collected on two perpendicular lines that completely cross the circular magnetic anomaly. The outcrops were sampled every 50 meters wherever possible (Map 1). At each sampling, the sample was collected where the strongest scintillometer reading was. A scintillometer survey was also done by the same time to get the radioactivity (Map 2). The readings were taken every 50 meters in both prospection lines in the circular magnetic anomaly and within some radiometric anomalies in the other parts of the property. A hand-held GPS of 5 meters precision (GPSmap 76csx of Garmin) was used for location control. A total of 127 rock (grab) samples were collected. Sample locations are shown on Table 2. These samples were sent to ALS-Chemex (Chimitec), an accredited laboratory located in the town of Val - D or, (Québec) and analysed for 60 elements including 14 rare earth elements + yttrium and uranium. A list of sample descriptions is in appendix 1 and assay certificates are shown in appendix 2. Finally, ascintrex scintillometer was used for the radiometric suvey. Results in count/sec. are shown in table 3. Personnel and expenditures for the work are listed in appendix 3. Results Results show rock samples anomalies between 1000 and 9000 ppm (0,1 to 0,9%) TREO+Y2O3 located mainly in the center of the magnetic anomaly ring. Higher values from the scintillometer survey are located in the same area. 14 Conclusion and recommendation The sampling has revealed anomalous TREO in rock samples and some radioactive zones with the scintillometer survey of the Michikamats property. Those rare earth anomalies seem to be correlated to the magnetic anomalies seen on the regional map and are mainly associated to the radioactive anomalies. It is recommended that detailed prospecting is performed to follow up on the rocks and scintillometer anomalies. A grid should be cut over the center of the magnetic anomaly and detailed prospecting and rock sampling at 100 metres spacing should be conducted.
