(Nova) provided on-site air monitoring during the removal of asbestos-containing materials located in the Floor Hallway at the Frost Lake Magnet building, 1505 East Hoyt Avenue, St. Paul, MN Removal was conducted using glove bag asbestos abatement techniques. All asbestos-related work was performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local asbestos regulations. Asbestos-related work began and was completed on December 21, TWELL Environmental, Inc., License #AC592, conducted the asbestos abatement. Sample collection and analysis was completed by Holly Berndt, License #AS9752, of Nova Consulting Group, Inc., 1107 Hazeltine Boulevard, Suite #400, Chaska, MN

PCM sample collection and analysis was completed in accordance with NIOSH Method Quality control procedures were followed as required by this method. Air sample analysis results can be found on the air sample summary table located in the appendices.

TWELL begins to pre-clean the abatement area. 2:00 PM TWELL begins to abate the rain leader. 3:00 PM Nova collects the adjacent air samples and the prepares to read the samples. TWELL has completed the abatement. 3:30 PM All samples have passed the required clearance criteria. Nova and TWELL pack up equipment and leave site.
