(Nova) provided on-site air monitoring during the removal of asbestos-containing materials located in the Floor Hallway at the Frost Lake Magnet building, 1505 East Hoyt Avenue, St. Paul, MN Removal was conducted using glove bag asbestos abatement techniques. All asbestos-related work was performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local asbestos regulations. Asbestos-related work began and was completed on December 21, TWELL Environmental, Inc., License #AC592, conducted the asbestos abatement. Sample collection and analysis was completed by Holly Berndt, License #AS9752, of Nova Consulting Group, Inc., 1107 Hazeltine Boulevard, Suite #400, Chaska, MN

Also identified is the clearance date and whether destructive means were used to access ACM located in interstitial spaces or other inaccessible areas. Specific details relating to enclosure construction and removal details can be found in the daily logs located in the appendices. PCM sample collection and analysis was completed in accordance with NIOSH Method Quality control procedures were followed as required by this method. Air sample analysis results can be found on the air sample summary table located in the appendices.

Nova contacts the project manager with questions and then continues to look for the other areas where the work is suppose to be located. 12:45 PM TWELL and Nova have located the work area and begin to unload the needed supplies. 1:00 PM Nova sets up a set of adjacent air samples and then Nova & TWELL leave site for lunch. 1:30 PM Nova and TWELL return from lunch. TWELL begins to pre-clean the abatement area. 2:00 PM TWELL begins to abate the rain leader. 3:00 PM Nova collects the adjacent air samples and the prepares to read the samples. TWELL has completed the abatement. 3:30 PM All samples have passed the required clearance criteria. Nova and TWELL pack up equipment and leave site.
