The outside wrapper is white p a ra ffin paper. The container proper is lab elled with red paper reading as follew s: "Gocainum Ghlnrihydricum, 1 ounce 1, l'ho bex is scaled by a narrow rea band marked '" Poison" on the four s i d e s. A wh ite tissu e paper bag containing the cocaine p rep o r. The outside wrapper is sealed with a red round s tic k e r marked with a black dot in the cen tre.

In v e stig a tio n is closed. The defendant was arraigned on September 19, 1929, and held in ^ B ail for t r i a l in Special Sessions Court. Prosecution recommended.
