When I discovered the power of establishing success routines in my life, it unlocked a treasure trove of abundance in all areas health, finances, home management, relationships, and more! And I am 100% certain, that if you apply this program to your life, it will have the same effects. So, are you ready to rock your routines? Throughout this program you may be tested a bit. Some routines will be easy for you; while others will be more of a challenge. 3 A M R O U T I N E Your morning routine sets the tone for everything that follows that day. This is that make it or break it routine that can be one of the hardest routines to create, but one of the most beneficial to keep. Most successful business owners talk about frontloading a day or a project. That simply means to put the hardest work first, so you can get it done and get it out of the way. That s the mentality behind your AM Routine. It s the hard stuff, but if you get this down, the rest is just icing on the cake! And if it's good enough for a business, then it's certainly good enough for a home and family! Even if it s a really challenging morning, I always manage to stick to my routine, because I think of it like eating a frog. And I'm sure there are plenty of things that you're not exactly thrilled to do as a mom. That's when we just dig in our heels, roll back our shoulders, and "eat that frog" first thing! Trust me. Your AM Routine is going to be your new bestie!

4 A M R O U T I N E 5:00am 5:15am 5:45am Wake up (to a friendly alarm). Enjoy my supplements (see the Routine Rockstar Program) and a cup of coffee with collagen, MCT oil, and nut milk. Devotion (check out for the FREE Short-Attention Span Bible Reading Program. Change into exercise clothes. Stretch. Workout to program or do yoga outside. 6:45am " C O M E T O T H I S T A B L E W I T H A T H A N K F U L H E A R T, A H E A R T Y A P P E T I T E, A N D P L E N T Y O F T I M E. Go walking while listening and speaking aloud my daily affirmations, then listen to a podcast. F O R Y O U R B O D Y, Y O U R S P I R I T, Y O U R M I N D. " - H A N N A H K E E L E Y 7:45am 8:15am 9:00am Shower and get dressed. Wake up kids, make smoothie, and see husband off. Make sure kids are getting ready. And...we're OFF!!

5 P M R O U T I N E Just like the AM Routine sets the tone, the PM Routine sets the stage. You ve got the performance of the ages going on right there in your home writing your success story, building a legacy, shaping a generation. That s one epic production! You want to set the stage for something amazing to happen. And that s happens before the curtain opens. Your best day starts the night before. I know sometimes, after a hard day, the last thing you want to do is to pick up the clutter or pack meals, but you re not doing this for yourself right now. You re doing this for yourself tomorrow. And your future self is going to want to give you a huge hug and a big kiss for making her day go as easy as possible. People are always looking for a lucky break. " - J A C K C A N F I E L D Your routines are your strategy. And when you stick with this strategy, you won't need luck. You'll create success-- one routine at a time!

6 P M R O U T I N E 7:30pm 8:00pm 8:30pm The whole family helps clean up the kitchen and dining room after dinner. Remind kids to take showers/baths, get books together (if they have co-op the next day). Check on homework and assignments. Family time (if I'm not doing a live broadcast). This is NOT a specific time. We just hang out together after bathtime, often doing projects together, reading, drawing, watching movies, etc. 9:30pm " C O M E T O T H I S T A B L E W I T H A T H A N K F U L H E A R T, Children get ready for bed or go to bed (depending on age). " Lay out my clothes for tomorrow, including jewelry and shoes. Collect anything that needs to go out the door in the morning (files, papers, lunches, library books, loaner items, etc.) 10:00pm Bedtime

7 K I D S & R O U T I N E S I have a theory when it comes to kids and routines: If a child can establish a routine of playing video games or grabbing snacks form the kitchen, then that child can also create and maintain routines that benefit them, you, and the entire family. Routines for kids don t just make life easier around the house. They also help them establish habits that will bless them long into adulthood. Let s get them started right! No matter how old or young, one of the best things you can do for your children is to help them learn the power of establishing healthy habits! S E U S S Two things are of top importance when it comes to children and routines: One, always match the task to the developmental age. You want to set them up for success, never failure. Two, adjust your standards. They may not do it perfectly, but, hey...at least they do it! Right? Heck, yeah, that's right.

10 M E A L R O U T I N E S Food and family... The two go together like peanut butter and jelly, bacon and eggs, and cookies and milk (which all happen to be food, and all enjoyed by my family). Food is a central part of the family. And the dining room isn't just where we eat. It's our center stage, our therapist's couch, our war room. It's where we come together and feed our bodies, minds and spirits. There are two leaves on our dining room table that hang on our wall. A long time ago, when our family was still in it's baby-making stage, I painted these words on it: " C O M E T O T H I S T A B L E W I T H A T H A N K F U L H E A R T, A H E A R T Y A P P E T I T E, A N D P L E N T Y O F T I M E. Develop your meal routines and make them a priority. It ain't all about the food! Sure, you've got a family to feed. But more important than that, you have minds to educate, history to make, and traditions to create. There is no better place than the kitchen, and no better medium than food!

Let the family do this together. It's fun! Schedule them on the calendar, with days off on the weekends. Use leftovers, or declare pizza night! Step Four: Now, all you need to do is rotate the meals!
