Work through the list in one day or better yet, work on the tasks as you can throughout the month. My suggestion? Split it up and do a little bit as you can during the month. LAUNDER YOUR BEDDING Take the time to wash and freshen up your bedding this month. Most pillows and comforters can be carefully laundered at home. If you don t have a mattress pad and pillow covers on your pillows and mattress, put that on your list this month. It will cut down on dust and allergens. MATTRESS FRESHENER 1/4 cup of baking soda 3-5 drops of essential oil Use a fine sieve/sifter to evenly dispense the mixture. LIGHTLY sprinkle over the mattress Let it sit for 30+ minutes Vacuum it up using an attachment on your vacuum cleaner ( I use an upholstery attachment but you can also use the hose attachment clean it before you use it and after you ve used it!) TAKE THE TIME TO ASSESS YOUR CLOTHING June is a great time to take a long look at your summer clothing and donate what you don t think you ll use this season. Make a list of any new items you need to add and enjoy a lighter closet. If you pack up your clothing in between seasons, do that this month as well. Use the capsule wardrobe worksheet included in this month s packet to get started. Y o u m u s t d o t h e t h i n g s y o u t h i n k y o u c a n n o t d o. Eleanor Roosevelt
