5 DAY YOUR BUSINESS CHALLENGE WORKBOOK
Fire Up Your Business So you ve started a business and are passionate about cultivating this gig into your main income to create a life of freedom, flexibility and finances yes please! But now you re knee deep in all the STUFF! From social media to ing customers to creating sales funnels to producing your products or services day in and day out it s all starting to get a bit ridiculous. How on earth do you keep going when it s just so overwhelming, time consuming and energy zapping? The 5 day fire up your business challenge is here to help you get reacquainted with your motivation, reconnected to your vision and realigned with your end goal so you can shake off those feelings of overwhelm and get back to loving your business again. Let's be honest, if we don t love what we do during these early stages the likelihood of sustaining our business when it all gets too hard is slime to none. It s much easy to decide to quit and get back to what you know. Right? But before you take that step, dedicate only 20 minutes each day for 5 days to focus ON your business to get FIRED UP again and sail in to the last part of this year with passion, purpose and a plan. In other words, take a step back from the mundane monotoning of working your tail feather off, address any problems you may be facing and how to keep going so you can keep this business alive and get back on track! It doesn t matter if you feel like quitting or not, every business can benefit from spending a few minutes over a few days to reset and refresh your goals to get FIRED UP and FOCUSED again! I can't wait to hear how it all goes and support you to cultivate what matters. Sian x
DAY 1: STOCKTAKE Write down an overview of where you're at in business right now as if you were talking to a friend. Consider how is your business going? What great things have happened this year, what is causing you a headache or become an issue you didn t anticipate. What have you accomplished (big or little) and what do you want to happen.
REVENUE P/MTH: EXPENSES P/MTH: NET INCOME P/MTH: LIST SUBSCRIBERS: SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWERS:
2. What haven t you done yet because something is holding you back? 3. If I had a magic wand and could grant you 3 wishes to sky rocket your business, what would they be? 4. What s an area of your business that works well and you re really proud of?
DAY 2: DREAM Yesterday you got super real about where you are in business and how this all feels to you. Hats off to you! It s hard to be honest, but if you don t dig deep and get real with yourself then you will struggle to make the progress you need and want to FIRE UP your business and create success. Today we re looking at the big picture. You started this gig for a reason, beyond just working for yourself and making money what is your underlying DREAM? Take the space below to write down your big, bold, bodacious dream. The one that scares the pants off you that no-one knows but you! It s your That ll never happen dream that you secretly wish for but are afraid to admit.
2. Write down your PERFECT day as if that dream was reality. From the moment you wake to the moment you fall asleep. What do you do, where do you live, what do you eat, what do your kids do, where do you go, how do you work, who do you work with, what does your partner do etc Paint a picture of your day and be as descriptive and detailed as you can.
3. Now brain dump all the feelings and values you want to infuse in to your business. These words are non-negotiable in your business and will create the foundation for your big dream. (e.g. Approachable, Friendly, Loyal, Supportive, Creative etc ) 4. What were your goals you set in January? Do they still exist? Are they on track to be achieved or do they need to be revised and refreshed?
DAY 3: GOALS One of the biggest challenges in business is having the unwavering belief in yourself to confidently take action to turn your dreams in to reality. In order to achieve your big dream, without adding any more overwhelm and stress to your already busy day, it s important to break it down in to smaller measurable goals that will bring you closer to your dream, goal by goal. Looking back over your goals and challenges above, what do you realistically want to achieve by the end of the year? For example: gain an extra 2000 followers on Facebook or increase sales by 20%. GOAL 1: GOAL 2: GOAL 3:
DAY 4: MAKE A PLAN 1. Quite often in business we feel held back because we don t know HOW to get from point A to point Z so we give up thinking it s not possible. But you don t need to focus on point Z right now. Yes it s your end goal and important, but getting there is half the fun and the space in between is where you will grow and learn. Today you re going to create a plan to achieve your above goals. This will help to empower you to stay on track and make things happen that are important to you.
2. Who or what can help you achieve this goal? Who can you talk to, ask for help or hire to make things happen? Use the space below to identify how you can gain the support you need to achieve your goal. When you research or ask for support it lessens the overwhelm and helps you see that your project is both plausible and possible. LIVE Q&A: Join me today at 1pm in the Pop-Up Facebook group or leave your question with #FireUpQ
DAY 5: FIRE UP! Today we re taking our goals one step further and preparing an overview for each of your goals so you can stay FIRED UP and FOCUSED. How will you FEEL when your goal is achieved? How will life be different? How will your business be different? What opportunities could evolve as a result? BONUS: Download the 12 Week Action Plan to take the same process for each goal and have a clear vision for your business over the next 90 days.
