5 Cleanroom Qualification: HEPA Filter Integrity tes ng Temperature/Humidity veriﬁca on This test is performed to verify that the HEPA ﬁlter is free of any leakage greater than 0.01%. This test will verify the temperature and humidity levels within a cleanroom. Airﬂow Visualisa on This test will verify the air movement within your cleanroom to help detect the presence of unwanted dead spots where there is insuﬃcient air movement. All G ra d e B c l e a n ro o m s s h o u l d h ave turbulent air movement. Terminal Velocity/Flow Rate veriﬁca on This test will verify the velocity or volume of air passing through a HEPA ﬁlter. Laminar Air Flow Velocity veriﬁca on This test will verify the velocity of air passing through a HEPA ﬁlter in a laminar air ﬂow cabinet such as a ﬁlling line. Non-Viable Par cle Limit veriﬁca on This test will verify the level of non-viable microorganisms present within the cleanroom during either 'an opera on' or 'at rest' state.
