FOSS4G: Free Open Source Software for Geospatial 이행사는 FOSS4G UN 특별세션이라는 FOSS4G 프레젠테이션 과 UN과개발도상국을위한오픈소스 GIS 라는 LH - OSGeo재단공동세미나로구성됩니다. 세미나에서는 UN Sustainable Development Goal(SDG) 중도시분야와관련된 Open Source GIS의역할과활용가능성에대한논의가이루어질예정입니다. Hyunsoo Kim 김현수매니저, 시트러스, 대한민국 Manager of Citus Co., Korea Mr. Kyoung-Soo Eom is the Chief of United Nations Geospatial Information Section (formerly UN Cartographic Section), UN Headquarters in New York. He will give a keynote speech about UN s views, plans toward open source GIS at FOSS4G 2015 Seoul. A role of developer and sub-manager in the National Spatial Information System team for several years. GIS architect of the Regional Service Management project in Samsung Electronics America. A specialized ArcGIS expert but a intimate to OpenSource GIS. Serena Coetzee 세레나콧제교수, 프레토리아대학교, 남아프리카공화국 Professor, Pretoria University, South Africa Jaeseong Ahn 안재성교수, 경일대학교공간정보공학과, 대한민국 Professor, Kyungil University, Korea Serena is associate professor in the Department of Geography, Serena's research focuses on the ever-increasing volumes and distribution of geographic information, specific Geographic Information/Geomatics: as project lead of ISO , Addressing Part: Conceptual Model. Jaeseong Ahn is associate professor of geoinformatics engineering at Kyungil Univesrsity, and holds a Ph.D. in Geography. His research and teaching interests focus on development of geovisual analytics tools using FOSS4G. Junyoung Choi 최준영박사, 공간빅데이터추진단, LH 공간정보처, 대한민국 Spatial Big Data Center and Spatial Information office, LH, Korea Jacqueline Rivera 자켈린리베라, 서울시립대학교, 엘살바도르 University of Seoul, El Salvador Dr. Choi have experienced various projects and researches such as urban information, Bus Rapid Transit, local e-gov. and national land and housing information. His current interest is spatial big data for the smart city in developing countries. Jacqueline was worked at the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of El Salvador. She is now studied in the Master of Urban and Regional Development in the University of Seoul.

His Major subject is Urban & Regional Planning(in Developing Countries). The present research title is "A Study of LH Project Models Involving UN Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs). Youngmi Kim 김영미교수, 상명대학교및 LX 비상임이사, 대한민국 Professor of Sangmyung University Seoul, Korea Member of the Advisory Board of GeoForAll, co-chair of ISPRS WG IV/5 Web and Cloud Based Geospatial Services and Applications, Conference Chair of FOSS4G Europe Kais Zouabi 카이스주아비, 공간정보서비스섹션, UN Chief Geospatial Information Services Section, United Nations Professor Kim is Member of the Korean Association for Public Administration (Chair of E-Givernment Forum, 2015), President of Korean Association for Regional Information Policy(2012). Her major subject is Information Management in Public Sector and big data analysis. Mr. Kais Zouabi is an Engineer in informatics and has diverse experience in Geospatial Information, Remote Sensing and Information Technologies; ten years in the private and public sectors and more than fifteen years with United Nations peace keeping field operations. Jungik Kim 김정익박사, LH 공간정보처도시정보부장, 대한민국 General Manager, Spatial Information Office, LH, Korea Guillaume Criloux 기욤크릴룩수, 공간정보섹션지리정보운영유닛, UN Chief Geo-Operations Unit*, Cartographic Section, United Nations Dr. Kim is in charge of development and management of Korea's Land Suitability Assessment System and the Real Estate Portal ( With a Ph.D degree in Regional Planning, he is interested how spatial information can contribute to a more livable environment. Mr. Guillaume Criloux has been serving as the Chief of the Geo-Operations Unit of the Cartographic Section since March Mr. Criloux joined the United Nations in May 2005 as a Geospatial Information Officer for the United Nations mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
