Khondaker Developed techniques for carbon nanotube aligned array electrodes fabrication using electron beam lithography (EBL) and plasma etching. Fabricated high-performance organic semiconductor thin film transistors using nanotube electrodes by different methods such as direct growth, spin coating, drop casting, thermal deposition. Investigated room temperature and low temperature transport properties of the nanoelectronics devices fabricated using different semiconductor materials, organic nanowires, carbon nanotubes. Determined barrier height and fundamental charge transport mechanisms at carbon nanotube-organic semiconductor interface.
