Research Experience Graduate Research Assistant Aug Present Nanoscience Technology Center and Department of Physics, University of Central Florida PhD Thesis Advisor: Dr. Saiful I. Khondaker Developed techniques for carbon nanotube aligned array electrodes fabrication using electron beam lithography (EBL) and plasma etching. Fabricated high-performance organic semiconductor thin film transistors using nanotube electrodes by different methods such as direct growth, spin coating, drop casting, thermal deposition. Investigated room temperature and low temperature transport properties of the nanoelectronics devices fabricated using different semiconductor materials, organic nanowires, carbon nanotubes. Determined barrier height and fundamental charge transport mechanisms at carbon nanotube-organic semiconductor interface. Performed the assembly and transport properties of semiconducting carbon nanotubes. Investigated the optoelectronics properties of the carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon nanotube/polymer composite films. Trained and managed several graduate and one undergraduate student s research projects. Assisted advisor in writing funded research proposals (NSF proposal). Fabricated thin film devices using vacuum coating method. Investigated optical and electrical of the polymer thin films.
