1 PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF SPECIFIED AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCTS FOR THE CONTROL OF ENVIRONMENTAL WEEDS IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA PERMIT NUMBER PER13371 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. 2 CONDITIONS OF USE Products to be used: NUFARM 360 HERBICIDE ROUNDUP BIACTIVE HERBICIDE BY MONSANTO PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 360 g/l or 450 g/l GLYPHOSATE PRESENT AS THE ISOPROPYLAMINE SALT as their only active constituent. NUFARM WEEDMASTER DUO HERBICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 360 g/l GLYPHOSATE PRESENT AS THE ISOPROPYLAMINE AND MONO- AMMONIUM SALTS as their only active constituents. DUPONT BRUSHOFF HERBICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing 600 g/kg METSULFURON METHYL as their only active constituent. Directions for Use: Situation Pest Rate Non-crop areas, Rights of way, roadsides and easements, ENVIRONMENTAL WEEDS As specified in Attachment 1. as per Attachment 1. Forest and conservation areas Critical Use Comments: The specified herbicides must be used following the use patterns and rates of application outlined in Attachment 1. Jurisdiction: South Australia only. Additional Conditions: This Permit provides for the use of a product in a manner other than specified on the approved label of the product. Unless otherwise stated in this permit, the use of the product must be in accordance with instructions on its label.
