Technology R&D (4-1) Statistical Modeling & Forecast Goa : o p ov de a syste t at ca p ov de rainfall forecast rapidly Goal: To provide a system that can provide During the warning period, the Typhoon Rainfall Climatology Model (TRCM) provides the spatial and temporal distribution of rainfall. The TRCM is established based on the historical typhoon rainfall data for each river basin. 12
