2 The knowledge presented here has been gathered and collected over lifetimes remembered through the gathering of the soul essence of Kiera D. Laike, IRW via one of the Embodied Principles of Gathering of Inner Light. The gathering of inner light is the knowledge that we are photon light energetic beings. Higher Consciousness, Oneness, or Reflective Relationship can only occur through the development and maintenance of the mechanism of communication on a photon light level. 2

3 Settling In Before teaching in Embodied Practice, we always do settling breaths to open to the beginning (of the contraction in, of the universe). We do this in the pause of the exhale. This represents the beginning of what is, as the energies contracted in before the big bang that created our universe. Slowly exhaling, releasing into the pause. Bring thumb to pinky finger. 3

4 Embodied Knowledge and the Definition of Higher Consciousness The traditional definition of Higher Consciousness is an awareness of ourselves as thinking beings. This definition implies that, when talking about higher consciousness, there is a level of thought or evolution of thinking that somewhere is higher and thus somewhere is lower. We reject this linear view as incorrect, due to the spiraling nature of our universe. Consciousness must be defined as spiraling and, in order to be spiraling, we must be able to establish continuous cascading connections to all things within the universe. Consciousness is not, therefore, a state but an interrelationship. Embodied Definition emerges outward from within the spiraling universe. The emergence into awakening consists of many mechanisms of relationship to awakening and that allow us to know that we are awake. To take a linear approach defined arbitrarily, we don t ever acquire a reference beam to help us know whether we are fully awake or only experiencing a dream within a dream. 4

5 Why all the hysteria about the ending of the Mayan Long Count? It was our limited understanding and developmental abilities to listen and to take in the information that was coming from the Dark Rift at the center of our Milky Way Galaxy. For those who are not familiar with the Mayan Circular Calendar. 5

6 The Mayan Sun Calendar s allure and interest comes from its circular nature, in contrast with a straight-line standard linear calendar The Mayan Sun Calendar is a beautiful example of the many things that are ever lining up - as the calendar s intrinsic circles bring ever-new reference points of cosmic alignment. 6

7 The Mayan Long Count Each circle of time (13 days, 20- day month, 365-day solar year) is encompassed by the long count, a span of time comprising 25,920 solar years. The long count is a measure of the precession of the earth s axis of rotation, the Precession of the Equinoxes. 7

8 The long count from the Mayan Sun Calendar, as broadly given to us by the precessional cross, describes the circling of the alignments of the three planes in space. The alignment of the precessional cross gives us the number of years that the Mayans called the Long Count. Note: Because space is so vast and it takes so long for the precession to occur, the alignment actually spans a number of years. This precessional cross of alignment with the dark rift of the Milky Way galaxy first began to reach that alignment in The alignment continued for 15 years thereafter. 8

9 The angles of alignment of the three intersecting planes determine the Precessional Cross. The Long Count of the Mayan Sun Calendar (~25,920 years long) chronicles the alignment of the Precessional Cross with the dark rift, the center of the Milky Way galaxy. Green disk = Equator of Earth. Vertical line with balls at top & bottom = Earth s axis of rotation. Balls at top and bottom show Long Count axis precession. In 2012 on the winter solstice, the plane of our solar system and earth s rotational axis will align with the galactic plane and the center of the dark rift of the Milky Way. This position is depicted in the image above, where the yellow line running from Sagittarius (lower right corner) through the earth to Gemini (upper left corner) aligns with the center of the galactic plane (red disk). This position is referred to as the precessional cross. 9

10 In the Mayan ruins at Izapa, near Tuxtla Chico, Chiapas, Mexico, is a "ball court" aligned with the winter solstice sunrise. on December 21, 2012, the solstice sunrise aligns with the Dark Rift of the Milky Way Galaxy and with the galactic plane. This occurrence, once every 25,920 years, coincides with the beginning of the new Mayan Long Count. The energy came. Why did we not shift? 11 So, what do these aligning energies mean, to those of us interested in Embodied Higher Consciousness? Most of us today are familiar with acupuncture. Digression: This is a diagram of what is commonly called acupuncture meridians. These acupuncture meridians stream chi - which is bio-electric energy and moving it through the body, nourishing organs (and much more) and connecting the body as a whole. 11

12 Transport Through the Cosmic Sea Like acupuncture meridians in our bodies, there are strands of dark matter, which flow through the dark energy of the universe. Just as acupuncture meridians need certain alignments to bring bioelectric field bodies and information through our body, so the strands in the universe also need certain alignments. They open up portals or X Points. We call these strands energy highways, on which travel stardust infused with photon light and dark energy information ever traveling through the energy strands, arriving here on Earth for us to come into communication with. 12

13 How will you come into relationship with the energy that comes every day? How we come into relationship will be determined by our ability to listen to the information coming (on a photon light level) to the earth from the center of the milky way, through the energy highways, through our soul lens. How we listen or interpret will determine our Embodied consciousness. This is achieved through our human energetic development, which allows us to utilize the dark energy in our brains and nervous systems. In Embodied knowledge, this development should naturally occur - yet humans have been blocked from it. 13

14 How to start Human Energetic Development Three things must be present: 1. Angle of Association. 2. Full Exposure. 3. Soul Lens. 14

15 Angle of association In the bible, Moses climbs the mountain to be closer to God. He is given the ten commandments. This example demonstrates that the angle of association in which you encounter things is significant. 15

16 How Observation Determines Conclusions (Full Exposure) What information is observed to determine conclusions? A prominent sportswriter concluded that Mickey Mantle was the best baseball player ever, surpassing Hank Aaron (despite Aaron s much better statistics). But that sportswriter had only attended a few games that Mantle played and he witnessed Mantle s very best efforts. Because of the very narrow scope of his observations, his conclusion was skewed. 17 Holographic Universe (Soul Lens) To understand Soul Lens, we must first have a basic understanding of how our holographic universe works. 18 One of the Angles of Association Earth lines up in many facets, each moment of the day. As reflections of Earth and the Universe, our sensing energy in us also comes into alignment. Our ability to do this in an embodied way determines our Angles of Association. Full Exposure We attend all 162 games of the baseball season before we determine who is the best player. Our full exposure to the information arriving on earth on December 21, 2012 lies in our ability to connect to the full spectrum of information that is coming. We must have the ability to connect to Earth and Sky, to our own soul essence across incarnations, and to connect to the different energies as they come and go across the energy pathways through the cosmic sea, to us. Our brains are 90% dark matter and dark energy. This matter in our brain is the only mechanism able to communicate with the dark rift, the beginning of our solar system. Soul Essence Lens Is the dark energy and dark matter in your brain ready to listen through your soul essence lens to know higher consciousness? Key, to this, is our brain s dark energy ability to communicate with the black hole in the center of the dark rift in the center of our galaxy. 18

20 Our Embodied Mirror of Aligning with the Precessional Cross Our Ability to come into Angle of Association Sky Center of Head Finite - Space/time orientation Earth Infinite (solar plane of Earth s orbit) Grounding to flow of mantle (celestial plane of earth s rotation) Embodiment holds a sacred knowledge that we must have three lines of association to be in order to know where we are this is a key component of higher consciousness. The three lines represent our embodied connection and are mirrored in the precession cross. The angle of association is by our ability to energetically connect to the three planes galactic, earth, and processional arc. 20

21 Full Exposure Full exposure is illustrated by our baseball example of the need to attend all the games in the season prior to determining the better player. Our ability to perceive full exposure in listening and coming into relationship (to the energy from the origin of the galaxy) begins with 90% of the matter in our brains with the glia cells (or dark energy). Our dark energy in our bodies must develop to begin communication with the dark matter and energy of the universe. This occurs through normal human energetic development. For most of us and in most of our cultures, sadly, we have forgotten that we are energetic developmental beings. We do not develop, so the dark energy of our brains and embodied vortexes cannot communicate with the dark energy of the universe. When the embodied vortexes develop, they fill with the other 5% dark energy, bringing the dark energy in our neural system to 95%, matching the percentage in the universe. At that point, we pulse and talk. Side Note: To awaken to basic understanding of pulse, as dark energy and matter are to the ocean of the universe as water is the oceans of life on earth. Life on earth began because of the water but only in relationship to the orbiting moon which causes the water tides (or to move the pulse movement), giving rise to the microbes which then began bioelectric life on earth. 21

22 Soul Essence Lens In our holographic universe, it is the lens through which the reference beam shines that determines what image is revealed. The lens organizes the picture or the ability to really know what we are seeing. Our soul essence lens is developed through the gathering of our soul essence photon light, across incarnations, to the birth of our soul pool. 22

24 Have you prepared to be ready to come into communication with the energy from the birthplace of our solar system, streaming to us and in the electromagnetic field of Earth? It is waiting for us to talk and emerge into an embodied consciousness Since 1998, when the current alignment began and the information from the point of origin of the birth of our galaxy (from the black hole in the center of the Milky Way), Kiera began listening and reading, only listening and nothing else. Kiera then developed classes for people to understand and flourish as energetic beings. This process was discovered to be difficult for many, so Kiera developed Embodied Meditation as a mechanism of soul gathering and energetic healing, to provide a more tolerable path for people to be able to achieve their energetic developmental tasks. But still Kiera saw evidence everywhere that people were not able to listen to the information through the angle of association, full exposure, and/or soul essence lens. Information from the Milky Way s black hole seemed to be eluding most. Kiera has asked for the universe to support humans in being able to return to their birth right as energetic beings. The sun, moon, and stars aligned for us. Kiera listened and captured the 13 Lunar Cycles of 2012, the 13 Energetic Developmental Stages of Humans. Kiera forged and captured the energy in the human field, so that over the next years, as many souls (that are longing to remember who we are) could access the energy, walk, remember, and transcend back to energetic beings in full alignment, full communication all through their soul lives to all in the universe. 24
