Then ask again, Well, what is the wrst thing that culd happen? Keep answering and asking that same questin until yu get t the bttm f the bttm f the very wrst thing it s usually smething like death, becming hmeless, being alne frever. Once yu hit bttm gne all the way dwn the dark damp scary tube it s time t cme up. Ask yurself, What is the best thing that culd happen? And then answer that, letting yurself fully feel that pssibility. Then lastly, ask yurself, What is likely t happen? And answer that as hnestly as yu can. By this time, yur IMG has been disarmed, yu ve calmed dwn and yu can see that what s likely t happen isn t really s scary after all. 2. The Self-Lving, I Surrender Shwdwn. Sit dwn and have a heart t heart with yur IMG and tell her withut hlding back what she is ding t yu, hw she is affecting yu and the negative cnsequences her actins have n yu. This requires vulnerability and sme willingness t get uncmfrtable. Sit dwn at yur dining rm table, living rm cuch r smewhere yu feel like yu can have a heart t heart, and sit dwn with her. Yes - literally envisin her sitting there with yu. Yu are ging t lay it all ut n the table and plead with her t stp killing yu, yur spirit and yur life. Say what s in yur heart abut hw she makes yu feel, (insert yur IMG s name), yu are killing me and I just can t handle this any mre. We are never ging t be successful if this keeps up. I need yu t STOP. Really let her knw hw she is hurting yu. And then ask her, Hw can we take all this energy and use it t help me instead f hurting me. 3. Yu ve Gt t Mve It Mve It! Smetimes the nly way t shake the IMG ut is t literally shake yur bdy. When she s gt yu in her grips, get up ff yur butt and mve yur bdy. Shake it. Snake it. Jump it. D sme kind f bdy mvement that mves the energy in a different directin, that busts the lid ff the self-lve dumpster yur IMG is trying t stick yu int. Envisin yurself bursting thrugh the lid f the self-lve dumpster and emerging victrius in all yur glry. Pairing a sng with yur mvement can be really helpful. These are like little bits f vd spells yu can unleash t thrw yur IMG int a trance r deactivate her. Yu can use ne f yur affirmatins r use a pwerful chant that has already been prven t shift energy. Here are a few chants we really like: Om Mani Padme Hum is a Tibetan Buddhist chant and it invkes the pwerful energy f cmpassin. I am gentle with myself.
