2 INTRODUCTION We have focused our work this day within claim (16 claim block) to explore high potential areas for exploration work. Past assay results in this zone have encouraged us to continue to sample the area. Within the boundaries of this claim are Pillow Lava extrusions which extend to the west and southwest. This entire area consists of bands of mineralization with most gold findings in the quartz veins of Mafic rock. The Gold Cache Project contains 5 properties with 53 Claim units. It is situated 80 kms west of the city of Thunder Bay on Hwy 11/17, at Shabaqua. Highway access is available to this property. PROJECT HISTORY This block of claims, staked starting in 1994, once contained 93 mining units in 28 contiguous mining claims straddling the Dawson Road Lots and Horne Township, with one claim in Laurie Township. One of the main features of the property is the caldera-like structure covering approximately one third of the claim block. During the past twenty-one years, the Shabaqua area has become one of the most active areas for mineral exploration in Northwestern Ontario. Much of the recent staking activity radiated from this structure. The subject property (in part) triggered the regional staking frenzy in It was surrounded by quality exploration companies, three of which obtained land positions on both sides of the subject property. Over twenty-five publicly traded companies swarmed into this "emerging gold camp", which is now referred to by the industry as the "Matawin Gold Belt". During 1996 and 1997 considerable line cutting and geophysical surveys were conducted by most of the companies in the area. In 1997 several of the companies conducted diamond drill programs, with at least 12 holes drilled resulting and results up to.300 oz/t. Au. Expectations for the area remain high.

3 More robust exploration continued in the late 90's and right up to Although it had slowed down somewhat from its previous pace, the work simply became more concentrated (targeted) and results continued to improve. Assays in the range of.400 oz/t to oz/t were now being found in the key properties. In 2001 thru to 2015 work performed on nearby claims continued to yield good results with additional assays in the oz/t range. There has been another bump in activity during 2004/06 with additional mining companies taking over some claims and actively testing the area. Almost 70 % of the area has now been re-staked and encircles our existing claims.

4 WORK PERFORMED During the week of October 5th we were on site three days. October 5th, 7th and 8th, and again on October 15, During these days we worked within claim which is covered in this report. We used two backhoes. The small John Deere was used on the 5th and 7th (Mechanical problems on Oct 6th). The larger backhoe (with the hammer attachment) from Bruno's Contracting was on site but was without an operator until October 8th. This is reflected in the rental invoice from Bruno's Contracting (Thunder Bay) Limited where we had deducted previous usage costs of their machine for work done on TB The work of October 8th is the only cost included in this report. Our purpose on these days was to re-visit trenches from several years ago and determine targets for expanded Pits for better sampling. Our new Exploration Permit allows us more aggressive sample taking. As mentioned, we utilized two backhoes: 1. A PC228 equipped with a pneumatic hammer and 2. A John Deere for clearing and the removal of overburden. The smaller backhoe put in longer days to complete preparation work. The two pit sites selected were small but we believed had the most potential. We had to enlarge the target area around the old pits in order to be more selective where the larger backhoe with the pneumatic hammer would work. The rock face in the pits were tiered and that meant that we could cut back into the rock for better samples instead of digging deeper holes. Samples on an adjoining claim to the north ( ) brought gold assays of up to g/t had been found by tracking low level assays to better ground and that is what we will continue to do. We know the potential of the area but our previous work, which included the removal of surface soil and taking samples by channel cutting with a rock saw, was not sufficient (in this area) to give us representative gold values.

5 DAILY LOG FOR THIS PROJECT Target rocks The primary rock type in this area of the claim is Mafic with fine grains like a Basalt, but moves towards a Rhyolite with courser grains in some sections. In both cases we are looking for target rock similar to other gold bearing assays where there was an abundance of quartz infused in the rock or by way of small spider veins throughout. We are looking for larger forming Pyrite cubes within those samples. In some cases, larger "smoky" quartz veins were visible. MONDAY OCTOBER 5, 2015 TERRY YAHN, BILL YAHN (One truck/vehicle, one ATV, Rock Saw, rock hammers, safety vests and supplies, GPS, compass, pen flare with bear bangers) SMALLER JOHN DEERE BACKHOE SCOTT TIMMINS (NOT AVAILABLE THIS DAY - LARGE PC228 BACKHOE WITH PNEUMATIC HAMMER - FROM BRUNO'S CONTRACTING (THUNDER BAY) LIMITED) Weather: Cloudy with chance of morning rain. Pit was a small test pit that we opened up as part of previous assessment work. We the ability, under our Exploration Permit PR we were now able to expand that pit with the use of better equipment. The large backhoe was on site but without an operator until Oct 8th. This allowed us time to use the small John Deere Backhoe to prepare these areas for him. We started by extending the pit in various directions to see how the rock ran. It dropped off quickly to the west but then started to rise. The ridge that was uncovered gave us another path to follow southward until it again began to come upward. It was a long process with only using the one backhoe but the smaller bucket also gave us a better look at the uncovered rock because it was able to clean it off better. It was able to brake off rock from any ridges that it uncovered. Bill and I viewed and examined exposed rock when it was safe to do so. We took turns supervising the backhoe operation while the other looked for another area to work on the next day (which got delayed until Wednesday, Oct 7th, due to a flat tire).

Rain remains in forecast. On this day we moved our operation to Pit which was approximately 250 meters to the southeast of Monday's work. The work progressed as with Mondays schedule, however, this pit dropped steeply from the outcrop before it recovered and rose again to the south. This made it very difficult for the smaller backhoe. More time was spend moving debris off to the sides of the pit. We were very satisfied with the work he was able to accomplish in preparation for Thursdays work. Bill and I viewed and examined exposed rock when it was safe to do so. We took turns supervising the backhoe operation while the other looked at other outcrops in the area. THURSDAY OCTOBER 08, 2015 TERRY YAHN, BILL YAHN (One truck/vehicle, one ATV, Rock Saw, rock hammers, safety vests and supplies, GPS, compass, pen flare with bear bangers) LARGE PC228 BACKHOE WITH PNEUMATIC HAMMER BRUNO'S CONT. Weather: Light rain most of the day The small backhoe was no longer available to us, but the operator had prepared the two target sites on Monday and Wednesday. Since the large backhoe was only available to us for the day (was being moved out that evening) we made plans to work on both Pits and to get the most out of the machine time. The large backhoe had to work harder at removing some the surplus rock from its working area because it had to use the Pneumatic hammer attachment as a claw.

7 This was especially true with pit which was much deeper. We supervised the work of the backhoe at all times but continued to trade off in order to also traverse the immediate area for future examination. The rock in the area seemed fairly consistent however as we looked for areas of change. THURSDAY OCTOBER 15, 2015 TERRY YAHN, BILL YAHN (One truck/vehicle, one ATV, Rock Saw, rock hammerst safety vests and supplies, GPS, compass, pen flare with bear bangers) Weather: Cool in the morning but sunny that afternoon We had not had an opportunity to sample on the 8th while work was being done. Rain that was forecasted would clean off both pits and so when we got back out to the property we were able to see more. After a week Bill and I returned to sample the two sites. 8 Pit (2015) (picture taken part way through the process) Located on Claim this area is in the center of the claim. The area was relatively flat but in the location of the pit the bedrock rose heading west and looked like it dropped slightly near the bush line. We removed a substantial amount of overburden in order to expose several meters of rock. The pit was eventually expanded and exposed to a 13 x 13 meter area. From the south end, it rose to 2 meters at the north end. About half was there was a north-south running ridge that got excavated. From the ridge the rock dropped by 2-3 meters. To the east the rock slowly tapered downward. The work had involved clearing the area with a small John Deere Backhoe and then, using the Pneumatic Hammer attachment on the Large backhoe, cutting back into the surface to give us up to a meter of exposure to new rock. At the time of sampling water was still present in the bottom of the excavated area. The rock contains a high quantity of quartz infused into the rock. Pyrite was present (photos are included with CD provided). We took three samples (447236, and ) from the ridge, eastern slope and from the southwest corner where the rock begins to move upward. Final assays did not give us the high assays we had hoped for but were consistent with mineralization associated with lava formations. 10 Pit (2015) (picture taken) Located on Claim this area is approximately 250 meters southeast of and is an outcrop about 50 meters north of the access trail. As with Pit the work involved clearing the area with a small John Deere Backhoe and then, using the Pneumatic Hammer attachment on the Large backhoe, cutting back into the surface to give us up to a meter of exposure to new rock. The pit area is 7 meters wide at the top (north) end and 12 meters long. Several meters of rock broken from the wall face. We took only one sample (#447239) from an area near the bottom of the pit, from the ridge line created by the hammering into the pit wall. We looked at the total area of the pit but chose only one sample at this time. We believed that the sample represented the best of the choices available and its assay results would determine if further sampling was desired. Although the assays were consistent with lava formations, we found a higher concentration of Iron and Titanium in this sample compared to samples from Pit The rock is infused with quartz and with pockets of pyrite (photos are included with CD provided). 12 SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS We have already gone a long way in determining the potential for gold in the Shabaqua area. Zone formations from our primary claim (TB ) have developed a pattern which we will continue to expose and sample on all claims we hold in the area. The work done in this report covers claim #TB Any reasonable assays in this area would go a long way in proving the commercial value of the entire area. However, our assay results on this occasion did not have a showing for Gold, which is our target mineral. This area has a similar mineral composition to, but have not yet yielded the high gold assay values found in, our adjacent claim to the north. We will continue to track and sample in this area as more and more ground is reached and assayed.
