2 INTRODUCTION During the past four weeks, work was conducted on new trenches in Claim #TB Several trenchs were excavated by the use o f backhoes over the course of nine days. The project was conducted by Terry Yahn (licence E33368) and Pat Kukkee (Recorded Holder) along with two helpers. The purpose of the work was to determine the mineralization on claim #TB and compare that to material already sampled in nearby trenches. Several samples were taken. The Gold Cache Project contains 7 properties with 61 Claim units. It is situated 80 kms west of the city of Thunder Bay on Hwy 11/17, at Shabaqua. Highway access is available to this property. AH of the work under this project was conducted on Claim #TB which is a six unit block. During 2001 season the property was visited by Gerry White, District Geologist for Thunder Bay North, Ministry of Norther Development and Mines. His comments at the time encouraged us to continue working and sampling our properties in this area.

3 PROJECT HISTORY This block of claims, staked starting in 1994, once contained 93 mining units in 28 contiguous mining claims straddling the Dawson Road Lots and Horne Township, with one claim in Laurie township. One of the main features of the property is the caldera-like structure covering approximately one third of the claim block. During the past six years, the Shabaqua area has become one of the most active areas for mineral exploration in Northwestern Ontario. Much of the recent staking activity radiated from this structure. The subject property (in part) triggered the regional staking frenzy in It was surrounded by quality exploration companies, three of which obtained land positions on both sides of the subject property. Over twenty-five publicly traded companies swarmed into this "emerging gold camp", which is now referred to by the industry as the "Matawin Gold Belt". During 1996 and 1997 considerable line cutting and geophysical surveys were conducted by most of the companies in the area. In 1997 several of the companies conducted diamond drill programs, with at least 12 holes drilled resulting and results up to.300 oz/t. Au. Expectations for the area remain high. Exploration continued in the late 90's and into Although it had slowed down from its previous pace, the work became more concentrated (targeted) and results continued to improve. Assays in the range of.400 oz/t to oz/t were now being found in the key properties. In 2001, 2002 and 2003 work performed on nearby claims continued to yield good results with additional assays in the oz/t range.

4 TRENCH 2JU01/03 Situated on claim #TB , this trench is 210 metres south of the hydro line which runs east-west direction across the north end of the claim. We were attempting to trace similar mineralization that occurred in other trenches on this claim. After excavation, the surface of Trench #JU01703 was manually cleared off and bedrock exposed. The JU01/03 Trench is approximately 1-2 meters in depth, 14 meters in length and its width varies from 4-6 metres. Several ridges were cleaned and washed and as a result we were able to locate an area of quartz veining on the northeast end of the trench. Seven samples were taken within this trench and tagged as 01 to 06 and 21. All samples were Rhyolitic rock with narrow quartz veins and S-10% pyrite. On this claim (TB ), we have seen a consistent pattern of Rhyolite, then a black (highly mineralized) argolite contact zone, then a Rhyolite sheer zone. Trench JU02a703 and JU02bA)3 Two trenches were made on either side of the path at the point of the hydro line. The trenches run in a north/south direction. Each trench measured 15x30 metres and had an average depth of only one metre. Rock type was consistent and therefore only one sample was taken (sample #07). Rock was Rhyolite with small percentage of pyrite. Trench JU03/03 This trench is located off the southwest corner of trench JU02a703 and runs in a southwest direction. Trench is 30wx60I metres and ranges in depth 2 to 3 metres. There is standing water at the far end of the trench. Four samples were taken #08 - #11. The mineralization in this trench is similar to results found in older trenches where higher gold assays were obtained ( Rhyolite, then a black (highly mineralized) argolite contact zone, then a Rhyolite sheer zone.)

5 Trench JU04/03 This trench is located approximately 70 metres from the southern boundary of claim # The stripped area is approximately 30x30 metres with an irregular pattern. The trench ranged from -l metre to +3 metres at the outcrop. Standing water was found at the southwest corner. Seven samples were taken #12 -#18. Most samples were channel cuts. Sample #15 was obtained by using a rock drill, and sample #17 was a grab sample. All samples contained quartz in rhyolitic rock. Trench JU05/03 Trench JU05/03 is located 120 metres southwest of JU01/03 and 220 metres northeast of trench J1104/03. The trench is 5x15 metres with a depth of only one metre. Two samples were taken #19 - #20. Both samples were rhyolitic rock with small quartz veins and 5*M* pyrite. Additional Sample taken Our assays consisted of 22 samples. The final sample (#22) was taken from an old trench as a confirmation of mineralization and was not shown on maps in this report.

7 SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS We have already gone a long way in determining the potential for gold in the Shabaqua area. Zone formations from TB have developed a pattern which we will continue to expose and sample. This sampling program will involve further investigation of new zones to the south end of this claim and we will be re-visiting older existing trenches with a view to looking for similar formations. This work will require additional clearing, trenching, washing and extensive channel sampling in targeted areas with the intent of discovering similar formations
