3 SUMMARY The Geneva Lake Property consist of a one claim unit covering the Southwest corner of the South half of Lot 7 Concession 6 Hess Township. Access is easily obtained by old and new logging roads into the area. Upon this parcel is located the former producer Geneva Lake Pb-Zn- Ag mine. This mine produced 80,588 tons of ore with a grade of olead and o zinc. Silver credits from this production amounted to 528, Estimates of 150,000 tons of ore were reported left at this time. Much of the previous work on the property not available as the site was previously part of a patented claim block. Reconnaissance mapping and prospecting has confirmed that significant lead-zinc-silver mineralization occurs on the property. Detail geological mapping and geophysics is warranted to determine the extent of the mineralization located on the property. This should be followed up by diamond drilling. -l-

4 LOCATION AND ACCESS The Property is located in the central portion of northern Hess Township, Claim map G-4062, District of Sudbury. The center of the property is situated 40 km Northwest of the city of Sudbury. See Figure l. Easy access to the Geneva Lake Mine can be afforded by a logging road which cuts the northern section of the property. This road originates off the main E. B. Eddy Forest Products, Dunbar road network that run northeast of highway 144. The road system begins near the small village of Benny located approximately 75 km's north of Sudbury. The property has recently been logged and several new roads occur in the property. PROPERTY The property consists of a one unit claim, number This claim covers the Southwest quarter of the South half of Lot 7 Concession 6 Hess Township. The claim is owned 10007o by David Beilhartz, Box l Site 16 R.R.#1, Whitefish Ontario. The claim was acquired after the original patents covering the Geneva Lake Mine lapsed. PREVIOUS WORK The Claim covers the workings of the Geneva Lake mine. A summary of the discovery and development of this mine is as follows: - The Deposit was discovered in 1924 by John Collins. - In 1927 Towagmac Exploration Company conducted 600 m of diamond drilling a vertical shaft to 75 m was sunk with a level at 60 m. - In 1929 The Geneva Lake Mining Company was formed and development continued until In 1937 the Shaft was deepened to 120 m with additional levels developed at the 95 and 112m levels. - in 1943 an internal winse was added to the 192 m level with additional development on the 157 and 185m levels - During the period of 1941 to 1944 at total of 80,588 tons of ore were mined with a grade of olead and Xo zinc. Silver credits from this production amounted to S28, Estimated of 150,000 tons of ore were reported left at this time - In 1949 Bidgood Kirkwood old Mines limited erected a mill at the site. They de-watered the mine, conducted 3600m of underground drilling. This work indicated a resource of 114,000 tons grading l Q/% zinc, 3*7o lead and S0.90 silver. - Some more recent work (1973) has been conducted but are not available in the assessment files as the property was under patent and the work was not filed for assessment. -2-

6 GEOLOGY Regional The property is underlain by the Archean aged Benny greenstone belt. This belt is located in the southern part of the Superior Province of the Canadian Shield. The Benny belt consists of an east-west trending sequence of mafic to felsic meta-volcanics and meta-sediments. This belt is over 38 km long and up to 4.8 km wide. The area has been metamorphosed into the amphibolite facies and has been highly deformed. Numerous interflow units occur within the volcanic sequence. Within these interflow unit are numerous zones of massive pyrrhotite and pyrite +Igraphite. At least two of these zones, The Geneva lake deposit and the Stralak Deposit host appreciable amounts of lead-zinc and silver. PROSPECTING AND RECONNAISSANCE SURVEY During November 17 and 18, 2000 two days of reconnaissance prospecting and mapping was conducted on the Geneva Lake property by myself. Several traverses were conducted (See Figure 2). Eight samples of float and outcrop have been collected. These will be assayed and examined as required. Local Geology Within the property numerous type of rock unit have been observed. Mafic to Intermediate or felsic volcanics have been metamorphosed into amphibolite phases. The volcanics trend to the Northwest. Mafic intrusives were observed along the Southwest boundary. Numerous boulders and float of massive sulfide are found throughout the property. The sulfide are generally Pyrrhotite, Pyrite, Sphalerite, Galena and Chalcopyrite. The sulfides are hosted in a very siliceous matrix, it is probable that this matrix is of the exhalitive variety. Well developed banding is also observed in the sulfides. At one location, near the Shaft the mineralization occurs in outcrop. This zone is approximately two feet wide, strikes northwest and dips south about 50 degrees. Sphalerite, Galena, Pyrite, Pyrrhotite and Magnetite are found in this zone. The shaft has been previously capped with cement, but the cap was place on wood, over the years the wood has rotted and now the shaft has an open access. A second trench and capped air raise occurs near the north boundary. Pink granite is found south of the shaft. -3-

8 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The Geneva Lake Property consist of a one claim unit covering the Southwest quarter of the South half of Lot 7 Concession 6 Hess Township. Upon this parcel is located the former producer Geneva Lake Pb-Zn-Ag mine. Reconnaissance mapping and prospecting has confirmed that base metal mineralization occurs on the property. Extensive previous work on the property has been conducted but most of this information is not available as the site was previously under a patent. Further searching for this data is required. Detail geological mapping and geophysics is warranted to determine the extent of the mineralization located on the property. This should be followed up by diamond drilling. -4-
