3 Introduction. 3 The Silver Dollar mineral claim, tenure # , a four cell claim, comprising hectares, is situate approximately 4.5 kilometers northwest of Hedley, BC, in the Hedley Gold Camp of southern British Columbia. The claim was staked on March 31, 2007, for its silver and gold potential. The former owner, forfeited the property on its annual expiration date. The Hedley Camp and area holds a long history as a major gold producer, and though placer mining occurred during the 1860 s to 1870 s, in the later 1890 s this led to the discover of gold on Nickel Plate Mountain. The Nickel Plate and Hedley Mascot mines have been a major producer in the province, where up to 1986, produced 1.6 million ounces of gold. The majority of which occurred between 1905 and Mining interest in the region remained active over the years, with new discoveries being made. Several of the older properties experienced revived interest. The Silver dollar claim was formerly known as the Iota, where two shipments of ore during the early 1950 s were made to the Trail smelter, totaling 69 tonnes, of which averaged 1.98 grams per tonne gold, grams per tonne silver, 5.51% lead and 1.06% zinc. The property is unique in the district in that it contains significant silver values, with minor gold.. Location & Access The property is located in the Okanagan Highlands, and is centrally situate on coordinates W Longitude, N Latitude, 4.5 kilometres northwest of Hedley, at the summit of Stemwinder Mountain. Access to the claim is gained via BC Highway #3, turning west onto the Stemwinder Mountain Forest Service Road, 5 kilometres west of Hedley, thence to the 6.8 kilometre point, thereafter turning east onto an old mining/logging road, which leads to the property. Physiology Elevation on the property ranges from 1520 metres at the peak of Stemwinder Mountain, in the southeast portion of the property, to 1320 metres at the southwest corner. The topography toward the north is less gradient and ascends to the 1360 metre level. Vegetation varies from open range land to a forest cover of pine, fir, spruce and aspen, with much of the area being logged. History & Geology Referencing of Minfile 092HSE119, is hereto submitted, which best describes the geology of the Silver Dollar claim area, as follows: Capsule Geology The Iota (currently Silver Dollar) occurrence is on the north slope of Stemwinder Mountain, 300 metres north-northwest of its summit, 4.5 kilometres northwest of Hedley. Stemwinder Mountain is underlain by argillite and siltstone with thin interbedded limestone of the Upper Triassic Stemwinder Mountain Formation (Nicola Group). The unit is intruded to the northwest by granodiorite to quartz monzonite of the Early Jurassic Bromley batholith. Dykes and sills of hornblende porphyritic diorite of the Early Jurassic Hedley Intrusions occasionally cut these sediments. Bedding strikes north to northeast and dips steeply east over the top of Stemwinder Mountain along the west limb of a northeast plunging syncline... continued

4 . 4 Geology continued.. A 0.8 to 1.0-metre wide zone of brecciation and veining, in thinly-bedded calcareous argillite and limestone, strikes 070 degrees for at least 146 metres and dips 76 to 80 degrees south. Diamond drilling has traced the zone to a depth of 24 metres. The zone appears to be controlled by a well-developed axial plane cleavage. Black, drusy chalcedonic quartz, in stringers or as a breccia matrix, is mineralized with fine-grained disseminated pyrite, argentite, galena and sphalerite. Galena is also observed to occur as coarse stringers in brecciated limestone. The quartz and wallrocks are locally limonitic. The texture and composition of this mineralization suggests it may be of epithermal origin. Samples comprised of limestone, containing black quartz stringers and massive quartz, assayed 233 to 854 grams per tonne silver (Minister of Mines Annual report 1947, page 147). A metre chip sample across black quartz assayed trace gold, 854 grams per tonne silver and 0.6 per cent lead, and a 0.79-metre chip sample across black quartz and limestone breccia assayed 0.69 gram per tonne gold, 542 grams per tonne silver and 1.2 per cent lead (Minister of Mines Annual Report 1947, page 147). A sample of "agate breccia" analyzed 0.91 gram per tonne gold, grams per tonne silver, 1.2 per cent zinc and 0.54 per cent copper (Assessment Reports 14287, 14753, sample 51271). Between 1946 and 1952, the deposit was explored by 14 opencuts, 190 metres of diamond drilling in 8 holes, a 12- metre shaft, and a 130-metre long adit about 23 metres below surface workings. Sixty-eight tonnes of ore were extracted from the shaft in 1950 and 1951, and shipped to the Trail smelter, producing a total of 137 grams of gold, 36,200 grams of silver, 3.8 tonnes of lead and 0.73 tonnes of zinc (Minister of Mines Annual Reports 1950, page 115 and 1951, page 132). Summary Preliminary prospecting was carried out on the property on August 25, 2008, over the traverse indicated by yellow line marking on Map 2, hereto attached. The primary objective was to familiarize with that portion of the property not before examined by the current operator. The area investigated showed considerable sign of previous prospecting by former operators, however, numerous rock samples were inspected, from which twelve randomly selected samples were secured for later examination under microscope. Two of these (one from each) came from what appeared to be old trenching. In that this fiscal program was initially slated as only a reconnaissance survey, no actual precise mapping was implemented for the specimen finds. Conclusion Of the dozen rock samples secured, nine of these were assessed to be insignificant, and discarded. Of the remaining three (two of which were the samples coming from the old trenching cuts), these were shattered to secure the more prime specimen aspect, then pulverized for viewing under the microscope. Two of these, one from an old trench-cut the other from a surface sample, showed relative concentration of silver and lead, with traces of copper mineralization. The third, which initially appeared the more promising, proved the most insignificant, only showing of miniscule particles of lead and trace copper. No effort was made to fully identify the host rocks. Though this fiscal program failed in offering a better recognition of any underlying deposit, it did, however, serve to acquaint with the lay of the property, which might better serve in formulating future prospecting programs. The claim was renewed for a subsequent term.
