7 Estimation of intense deformed conditions of the earth's crust on the Caspian Sea region Caspian Sea region map Distribution of the Lode-Nadai parameter for tension conditions in sedimentary layer, crust and lithosphere taking in consideration horizontal motions 7
8 - Established at the altitude of 2,750 m above the sea level the ground station «Orbita» involves: a solar radio telescope with the parabolic 12 meter antenna; receivers of lower orbital navigational satellite signals and optical interferometers to observe the emission of the night sky at altitude of the mesopause; - The cosmic rays station at altitude of at an altitude of 3,340 m. Neutron monitor data are sent to World Data Centers (Japan, USA, Russia) and at the Institute of Ionosphere site ( in real time; - Ionospheric observatory equipped with a digital ionosonde; - Geomagnetic observatory is included into the international net INTERMAGNET. Geomagnetic data are shown at the site (UK, Edinburgh). 8
