3 What is VASAB? co-operation of Ministers responsible for spatial planning and development in 11 countries of the Baltic Sea Region prepares policy options for the territorial development of the Baltic Sea Region provides a forum for exchange of know-how on spatial planning and development steered by the Committee on Spatial Planning and Development of the Baltic Sea Region (CSPD/BSR)
4 NSB CoRe North Sea-Baltic Connector of Regions To improve the sustainable accessibility of the Eastern BSR (EBSR) in freight and passenger transport. To contribute to the TEN-T strategy by taking its implementation to the regional and local level To bring the needs of peripheral regions to the CNC context.
